1. Introduction

This manual provides essential instructions for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your ARDES AR1K32D Eldorada Mini D 2-liter digital hot air fryer. Please read this manual thoroughly before first use and retain it for future reference.

2. Important Safety Instructions

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury to persons, including the following:

• Read all instructions before using the appliance.
• Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
• To protect against electric shock, do not immerse cord, plugs, or the appliance in water or other liquid.
• Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
• Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts.

4. Setup and First Use

4.1 Unpacking

1. Remove all packaging materials and promotional labels from the air fryer.
2. Check that all parts are present and undamaged.

4.2 Initial Cleaning

1. Wash the frying basket and any removable accessories in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
2. Wipe the interior and exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth.
3. Ensure all parts are completely dry before use.

4.3 Placement

• Place the air fryer on a stable, heat-resistant, and level surface.
• Ensure there is adequate space (at least 10 cm) around the appliance for proper air circulation.
• Do not place the air fryer near flammable materials or heat sources.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off

• Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. The digital display will illuminate.
• To turn off, press and hold the power button on the digital display, or simply unplug the unit.

5.2 Using the Digital Display

The ARDES Eldorada Mini D features a touch control panel with an LCD display for easy operation.

• Power Button: Turns the appliance on/off.
• Temperature Control: Use the temperature icons (up/down arrows or +/-) to adjust the cooking temperature (80°C to 200°C).
• Timer Control: Use the timer icons (up/down arrows or +/-) to set the cooking time (up to 60 minutes).
• Pre-set Programs: The display may show icons for common food types. Select one for automatic time and temperature settings, which can then be adjusted manually.

5.3 Cooking Process

1. Place food in the frying basket. Do not overfill the basket to ensure even cooking.
2. Slide the basket back into the air fryer until it clicks into place.
3. Set the desired temperature and cooking time using the digital display.
4. Press the start button (if applicable) or wait for the cooking cycle to begin automatically.
5. During cooking, you may pull out the basket to shake or turn food for even browning. The air fryer will pause and resume when the basket is reinserted.
6. Once the timer expires, the air fryer will beep and automatically shut off.
7. Carefully remove the basket using the anti-scald handle. Empty cooked food onto a plate.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your air fryer.

6.1 Before Cleaning

• Always unplug the air fryer from the power outlet and allow it to cool down completely before cleaning.

6.2 Cleaning the Basket and Pan

• The frying basket and pan are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, wash them in hot, soapy water using a non-abrasive sponge.
• For stubborn food residue, soak the basket and pan in warm water for about 10 minutes before cleaning.
• Ensure they are thoroughly dry before reassembling or storing.

6.3 Cleaning the Main Unit

• Wipe the exterior of the air fryer with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
• Clean the interior with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scourers.
• Never immerse the main unit in water or any other liquid.
