2. Package Contents

3. Assembly Instructions

Assembly is designed to be straightforward and can typically be completed within an hour with the provided tools. It is recommended to assemble the bed frame with two people.

3.1 Preparation

• Clear an open space for assembly.
• Unpack all components and lay them out on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.
• Identify all parts using the component list in Section 2.

3.2 Step-by-Step Assembly

Step 1: Attach Side Rails to Headboard and Footboard

Connect the side rails (C) to the headboard (A) and footboard (B) using the provided bolts and the Allen wrench. Ensure the upholstered sides face outwards.

Step 2: Install Center Support Beam and Legs

Attach the center support beam (F) to the headboard and footboard connectors. Then, screw in the support legs (G) along the center beam and side rails for added stability. Ensure all legs are firmly in place and level.

Step 3: Place Wooden Slats

Evenly space and place the wooden slats (E) across the bed frame. Secure them using the pre-drilled holes and screws if applicable. The slats provide robust support for your mattress without the need for a box spring.

Step 4: Assemble and Insert Storage Drawers

Assemble the four storage drawers (D) by attaching the wheels and any necessary support bars. Once assembled, slide the drawers underneath the bed frame. The drawers are designed to roll smoothly on your floor and feature fixtures to prevent excessive sliding.

Step 5: Adjust Headboard Height

The button-tufted headboard can be adjusted to two different heights, from 44.5 to 50 inches, to accommodate mattresses between 8-12 inches thick. Adjust the headboard to your desired height by loosening and re-tightening the bolts on the headboard supports.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Using the Storage Drawers

The four storage drawers are designed for easy access and organization. Simply pull the drawers out from underneath the bed frame using the integrated handles. The wheels allow for smooth movement on various floor surfaces. When closing, ensure the anti-sliding fixtures engage to keep the drawers securely in place.

4.2 Adjusting the Headboard

To adjust the headboard height, locate the adjustment bolts on the back of the headboard supports. Loosen these bolts, slide the headboard to your preferred height (between 44.5 and 50 inches), and then securely tighten the bolts. This allows for optimal comfort with different mattress thicknesses.
