5. Setup

5.1. Charging the Headphones

5.2. Power On/Off

  • To Power On: Press and hold the Power button for approximately 3 seconds until the LED indicator lights up.
  • To Power Off: Press and hold the Power button for approximately 3 seconds until the LED indicator turns off.

5.3. Bluetooth Pairing

  1. Ensure the headphones are powered off.
  2. Press and hold the Power button for approximately 5-7 seconds until the LED indicator flashes blue and red alternately, indicating pairing mode.
  3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, computer), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  4. Select "Coby CHBT808BK" (or similar name) from the list of found devices.
  5. Once paired, the LED indicator will flash blue slowly, and you may hear an audible confirmation.

5.4. Wired Connection (AUX)

To use the headphones with a wired connection:

  1. Connect one end of the 3.5mm AUX audio cable to the AUX-in port on the headphones.
  2. Connect the other end of the 3.5mm AUX audio cable to the audio output jack of your device.
  3. The headphones will automatically switch to wired mode. Bluetooth functionality will be disabled.

5.5. TF Card Usage

To play music directly from a TF (MicroSD) card:

  1. Insert a TF card (with music files) into the TF card input slot on the headphones.
  2. The headphones will automatically detect the card and begin playing music.
  3. Use the Play/Pause and Volume buttons to control playback.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1. Music Playback

  • Play/Pause: Press the Play/Pause button once.
  • Next Track: Press and hold the Volume Up (+) button.
  • Previous Track: Press and hold the Volume Down (-) button.
  • Volume Up: Press the Volume Up (+) button briefly.
  • Volume Down: Press the Volume Down (-) button briefly.

6.2. Call Management

  • Answer Call: Press the Play/Pause/Call button once when a call comes in.
  • End Call: Press the Play/Pause/Call button once during a call.
  • Reject Call: Press and hold the Play/Pause/Call button for approximately 2 seconds when a call comes in.
  • Redial Last Number: Double-press the Play/Pause/Call button.

6.3. Folding Mechanism

The headphones feature a foldable design for easy storage and portability.

  1. Gently rotate the earcups inwards towards the headband.
  2. Fold the earcups flat against the headband.
