Troubleshooting

This section addresses common issues you might encounter with your camcorder.

Troubleshooting questions and solutions

Image: A graphic presenting common troubleshooting questions related to the camcorder's battery life, recording consistency, sound level, and physical condition.

1. How long can the battery last?

Battery life can vary. If you experience short battery life, ensure you fully charge the battery before its first use. Subsequent charges should also be complete for optimal performance.

2. Why the camcorder can't record consistently?

All SD cards used with this camcorder must be in FAT32 format. A single FAT32 file cannot exceed 4GB. If a recording exceeds this limit, it cannot be read. The length of each file is determined by the video resolution. Ensure your recording sessions do not exceed the 4GB file size limit for continuous recording.

3. What can I do if the sound is too low?

  1. Fully charge the external microphone before use.
  2. Adjust the volume using the W/T button during playback.
  3. Ensure the sound source being recorded is at a normal level.
  4. If issues persist, contact customer support via Amazon for assistance.

4. What can I do if the picture/video is not normal or the parts are broken?

Such cases may occasionally occur due to transportation or manufacturing defects. If you encounter any problems with the picture/video quality or if any parts are broken, please contact us for a solution.
