4.2 Physical Installation
- Mounting: Use the provided installation template to mark drill holes on your chosen surface (wall, ceiling, or pole). Secure the camera bracket using the screws and wall plugs.
- Power Connection: Connect the camera to the power adapter. Ensure the power source is stable.
- Network Connection: The camera supports both wired (Ethernet) and wireless (Wi-Fi 6) connections. For Wi-Fi setup, ensure your router is within range and provides a strong 2.4 GHz signal.
4.3 App Setup (TDSEE App)
- Download App: Download the TDSEE app from your smartphone's app store.
- Account Creation: Register for a new account or log in if you already have one.
- Add Device: Follow the in-app instructions to add your Tenda CH9 camera. This typically involves scanning a QR code on the camera and connecting it to your Wi-Fi network.
- Lens Calibration: After initial setup, calibrate the two lenses within the app to ensure proper alignment and tracking functionality. This involves adjusting the pan/tilt to align the center of the fixed lens image with the center of the PT lens image.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Live View and Dual-View
Access the live feed from your camera through the TDSEE app. The dual-lens system allows you to view both the fixed lens perspective and the PTZ lens perspective simultaneously on the same screen, providing comprehensive coverage.

6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Regularly clean the camera lenses with a soft, dry cloth to ensure clear image quality. Do not use harsh chemicals.
- Firmware Updates: Check the TDSEE app periodically for firmware updates. Keeping your camera's firmware up-to-date ensures optimal performance and security.
- Power Supply: Ensure the power adapter and cable are free from damage. Use only the original power adapter provided.
- Storage Management: If using a Micro SD card, periodically review and manage recorded footage to prevent the card from filling up.
7. Troubleshooting
7.1 No Power
- Check if the power adapter is securely connected to the camera and a working power outlet.
- Verify the power outlet is functional by plugging in another device.
7.2 Wi-Fi Connection Issues
- Ensure the camera is within range of your Wi-Fi router.
- Verify that your Wi-Fi network is 2.4 GHz, as the camera primarily uses this frequency for initial setup.
- Check your Wi-Fi password for accuracy.
- Restart your router and the camera.
7.3 Poor Image Quality
- Clean the camera lenses to remove any dust or smudges.
- Ensure the camera is receiving sufficient light, especially during the day.
- Check your network connection speed. A slow connection can affect streaming quality.
- Adjust image parameters (brightness, contrast, saturation) in the TDSEE app.
7.4 False Alarms
- Adjust the sensitivity of motion detection in the app.
- Refine your AI detection zones and line-crossing settings to exclude areas with frequent non-human/vehicle movement (e.g., trees swaying, pets).
