1. Important Safety Instructions

3. Setup & Installation

The DR-238S heater is designed for easy wall or ceiling mounting. The included brackets allow for flexible positioning to direct heat where needed.

Mounting Steps:

1. Choose Location: Select a suitable wall or ceiling location, ensuring it is at least 1.8m (6 feet) from the ground and maintains the minimum clearance from combustible materials as specified in the safety instructions.
2. Mark Drill Points: Use the mounting bracket as a template to mark the drill points on the wall or ceiling. Ensure the bracket is level before marking.
3. Drill Holes: Drill holes at the marked points. Insert the appropriate wall anchors if necessary (not included for all surfaces).
4. Attach Bracket: Securely fasten the mounting bracket to the wall/ceiling using the provided screws.
5. Mount Heater: Carefully attach the heater unit to the installed bracket. Ensure it is securely fastened.
6. Adjust Angle: Use the adjustable tilt head feature to angle the heater to your desired position. Tighten the knobs to lock the angle in place.

4. Operating Instructions

The DR-238S offers convenient operation via its integrated control panel or the included remote control.

Power On/Off:

• Manual: Locate the power switch on the side of the heater. Push the switch to the 'I' position to turn on the heater. Push to 'O' to turn off.
• Remote Control: Press the power button on the remote control to turn the heater on or off.

Adjusting Heat Settings:

The DR-238S has 3 heat output settings: 900W, 1200W, and 1500W.

• Manual: Use the 'Up' and 'Down' arrow buttons on the control panel to cycle through the heat settings (L1, L2, L3).
• Remote Control: Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the remote to adjust the heat levels. The 'MAX' button sets the heater directly to the highest setting (1500W).

Timer Function:

Set a timer for automatic shut-off.
