4. Setup and Assembly
Before first use, wash all detachable parts in warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry. Ensure the appliance is unplugged during assembly.
- Place the motor unit on a stable, flat, and dry surface.
- Insert the screw rod into the machine head.
- Place the blade onto the screw rod, ensuring the sharp edges face outwards and the indentation faces the grinding plate (as shown in Image 3.2). Incorrect blade placement will prevent proper operation.
- Select the desired grinding plate (e.g., 3mm for fine mince, 5mm for medium, 7mm for coarse) and place it over the blade.
- Screw the nut onto the machine head to secure all components. Do not overtighten.
- Attach the assembled machine head to the motor unit and secure it with the fixed lock switch.
- Place the funnel tray on top of the machine head.
Attaching Accessories:
Depending on your task, attach the appropriate accessory:
- Sausage Stuffer: Attach the sausage stuffer nozzle to the machine head after removing the grinding plate and blade.
- Slicer/Shredder Tools: Insert the desired slicer or shredder drum into the dedicated attachment.
- Mincing Cutlet Tool: Attach the mincing cutlet tool as per instructions for forming cutlets.

5. Operating Instructions
Ensure all components are correctly assembled and secured before plugging in the appliance.
5.1 Meat Grinding

- Place a bowl or container under the output of the machine head to collect the minced meat.
- Plug in the appliance.
- Turn the switch to the "ON" position.
- Feed the meat into the feeding tube using the food pusher. Never use your fingers or other utensils.
- If the machine jams, switch to "R" (Reverse) to clear the blockage, then switch back to "ON".
- After grinding, turn the switch to "OFF" and unplug the appliance.

5.3 Slicing and Shredding (if applicable)
If your model includes slicing/shredding attachments, follow these steps:
- Attach the appropriate slicing or shredding drum to the dedicated attachment.
- Prepare vegetables by cutting them into sizes that fit the feeding tube.
- Turn the machine "ON" and feed vegetables using the food pusher.
- Turn "OFF" and unplug when finished.
6. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures hygiene and extends the lifespan of your appliance. Always unplug the unit before cleaning.
- Disassembly: Disassemble the machine head by reversing the assembly steps.
- Cleaning Detachable Parts: Wash all detachable parts (tray, machine head components, grinding plates, blades, attachments) immediately after use with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly under running water.
- Drying: Dry all parts completely to prevent rust, especially the metal components.
- Motor Unit: Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Never immerse the motor unit in water or place it under running water.
- Dishwasher Use: Do not wash aluminum alloy parts in a dishwasher or with hot water above 40°C, as this can cause oxidation and discoloration.
- Storage: Store the clean and dry appliance and its accessories in a safe, dry place.

7. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Motor does not start. | Not plugged in; power switch off; machine head not properly locked. | Check power connection; ensure switch is "ON"; secure the machine head with the lock switch. |
| Machine jams during operation. | Too much food fed at once; hard ingredients (bones, gristle); blade or plate clogged. | Switch to "R" (Reverse) to clear blockage. If persistent, turn off, unplug, disassemble, and clean. Cut food into smaller pieces. |
| Meat is not minced properly or comes out mushy. | Incorrect blade assembly; wrong grinding plate size; meat too warm. | Ensure blade indentation faces outwards. Use a smaller grinding plate for finer mince. Chill meat before grinding. |
| Unusual noise or vibration. | Loose parts; foreign object inside; motor issue. | Turn off and unplug. Check all parts are securely assembled. If noise persists, discontinue use and contact customer support. |
