2. Important Safety Instructions

  • Always ensure the appliance is unplugged before assembly, disassembly, or cleaning.
  • Keep hands and utensils away from moving parts during operation. Use the food pusher provided.
  • Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or plug. Contact customer service for repairs.
  • This appliance is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction.
  • Do not immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquid.
  • Ensure the machine is placed on a stable, flat surface during operation. The fixed lock switch ensures stability.
  • Do not overload the motor. Allow the appliance to cool down if it overheats.
  • Continuous operation time should not exceed 8 minutes. Allow a rest period between uses.

4. Setup and Assembly

Before first use, wash all detachable parts in warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry. Ensure the appliance is unplugged during assembly.

  1. Place the motor unit on a stable, flat, and dry surface.
  2. Insert the screw rod into the machine head.
  3. Place the blade onto the screw rod, ensuring the sharp edges face outwards and the indentation faces the grinding plate (as shown in Image 3.2). Incorrect blade placement will prevent proper operation.
  4. Select the desired grinding plate (e.g., 3mm for fine mince, 5mm for medium, 7mm for coarse) and place it over the blade.
  5. Screw the nut onto the machine head to secure all components. Do not overtighten.
  6. Attach the assembled machine head to the motor unit and secure it with the fixed lock switch.
  7. Place the funnel tray on top of the machine head.

  • Sausage Stuffer: Attach the sausage stuffer nozzle to the machine head after removing the grinding plate and blade.
  • Slicer/Shredder Tools: Insert the desired slicer or shredder drum into the dedicated attachment.

5. Operating Instructions

Ensure all components are correctly assembled and secured before plugging in the appliance.

5.1 Meat Grinding

  1. Prepare meat by cutting it into small pieces (approx. 2-3 cm) that fit easily into the feeding tube. Remove bones, gristle, and excessive fat.
  2. Place a bowl or container under the output of the machine head to collect the minced meat.
  3. Plug in the appliance.
  4. Turn the switch to the "ON" position.
  5. Feed the meat into the feeding tube using the food pusher. Never use your fingers or other utensils.
  6. If the machine jams, switch to "R" (Reverse) to clear the blockage, then switch back to "ON".
  7. After grinding, turn the switch to "OFF" and unplug the appliance.

5.2 Sausage Stuffing

  1. Assemble the machine head with the sausage stuffer nozzle.
  2. Prepare your sausage mixture.
  3. Slide the sausage casing onto the nozzle.
  4. Turn the machine "ON" and feed the mixture into the feeding tube. Guide the casing as it fills, ensuring even distribution and avoiding air pockets.
  5. Turn "OFF" and unplug when finished.

5.3 Slicing and Shredding (if applicable)

If your model includes slicing/shredding attachments, follow these steps:

  1. Attach the appropriate slicing or shredding drum to the dedicated attachment.
  2. Prepare vegetables by cutting them into sizes that fit the feeding tube.
  3. Turn the machine "ON" and feed vegetables using the food pusher.
  4. Turn "OFF" and unplug when finished.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures hygiene and extends the lifespan of your appliance. Always unplug the unit before cleaning.

  1. Disassembly: Disassemble the machine head by reversing the assembly steps.
  2. Cleaning Detachable Parts: Wash all detachable parts (tray, machine head components, grinding plates, blades, attachments) immediately after use with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly under running water.
  3. Drying: Dry all parts completely to prevent rust, especially the metal components.
  4. Motor Unit: Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Never immerse the motor unit in water or place it under running water.

7. Troubleshooting
