Maintenance

Cleaning

Regularly clean your earbuds and charging case to ensure optimal performance and hygiene. Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to wipe down the surfaces. For ear tips, you may gently remove them and clean with a damp cloth, ensuring they are completely dry before reattaching.

Water Resistance

The NC E7S earbuds feature IPX4 waterproof technology, meaning they are resistant to splashing water from any direction. This makes them suitable for light rain and sweat during outdoor sports. However, they are not designed for submersion in water or exposure to pressurized water jets. Do not wear them while swimming or showering.
