Troubleshooting

- Device Will Not Power On:
Ensure the tablet is sufficiently charged. Connect the power adapter and wait a few minutes before attempting to power on again. If the issue persists, try a different power outlet or adapter. - Wi-Fi Connection Issues:
Verify that Wi-Fi is enabled on the tablet. Restart your Wi-Fi router. If the network is visible but won't connect, re-enter the password. Try connecting to a different Wi-Fi network to isolate the issue. - Keyboard or Trackpad Not Responding:
Ensure the keyboard is securely attached to the tablet's magnetic connector. Detach and reattach the keyboard. Restart the tablet. - Slow Performance / Low Storage:
Close unnecessary applications running in the background. Clear temporary files and browser cache. Consider uninstalling large, unused programs. If storage is consistently low, install a microSD card and configure Windows to save new files to it. - Screen Not Responding to Touch:
Restart the tablet. Ensure the screen is clean and free of debris. If a screen protector is installed, ensure it is properly applied and not interfering with touch sensitivity. - Windows 11 Upgrade Path:
While the product is advertised with Windows 11, some hardware configurations may not officially support direct upgrades from Windows 10 due to specific hardware requirements (e.g., TPM). Workarounds may exist but are not officially supported.
