4. Setup and Assembly

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Cooling Performance

The TPE insulated soft liner is designed to maintain ice for up to 8 hours, depending on ambient temperature and frequency of lid opening. For optimal cooling, pre-chill the cooler before adding ice and beverages.

5.2 Mobility and Stability

To move the cooler, unlock the casters by flipping the lever on each wheel. Once in the desired location, lock the casters to prevent unintended movement and ensure stability.

5.3 Using the Solid Block Surface

The solid wood top surface can be used as a convenient area for preparing drinks, holding snacks, or as a temporary resting place for items during outdoor activities.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning the Liner

The TPE insulated soft liner is removable for easy cleaning. After each use, remove the liner, empty any remaining ice and water through the drain, and wipe it down with a mild soap and water solution. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before reinserting.

6.2 Wood Care

The Acacia wood is treated with a natural Linseed Oil finish. To maintain the wood's appearance and water resistance, periodically reapply a suitable wood oil or sealant designed for outdoor furniture. Clean the wood surfaces with a damp cloth and mild soap as needed, avoiding harsh chemicals.

6.3 Using the Waterproof Cover

Utilize the included waterproof cover when the cooler is not in use or during inclement weather to protect it from rain, dust, and UV exposure. This will help prolong the life and appearance of your cooler.

7. Troubleshooting

• Lid not closing smoothly: Check air shock hinges for any obstructions or damage. Ensure all screws are tightened.
• Ice melting too quickly: Verify the liner is properly seated and the lid is fully closed. Pre-chill the cooler before use. Avoid frequent opening of the lid.
• Casters not locking/unlocking: Inspect the locking mechanism on each caster for debris or damage. Clean as necessary.
• Wood discoloration/wear: This is normal with natural wood products exposed to elements. Regular application of wood oil or sealant (as per Section 6.2) can help restore and protect the finish.
