5.2. Ignition
- Ensure the gas cylinder valve is open.
- Push in and turn one of the control knobs to the HIGH position (or ignition symbol).
- The integrated piezo ignition will spark, igniting the burner. If it doesn't ignite within 5 seconds, turn the knob off, wait 5 minutes, and try again.
- Once ignited, you can adjust the flame intensity by turning the control knob between HIGH and LOW.
- Repeat for the second burner if desired.

- Preheating: Close the lid and preheat the grill for 10-15 minutes on high heat to reach the desired cooking temperature. Use the integrated thermometer to monitor.
- Direct Grilling: For searing and quick cooking (steaks, burgers), place food directly over the lit burners.
- Indirect Grilling: For larger cuts or delicate foods (roasts, whole chicken), light one burner and place the food on the unlit side. Close the lid for even cooking.
- Temperature Control: Adjust the burner knobs to maintain the desired temperature. The lid thermometer provides an accurate reading.
