3. Setup and First Use

Charging the Appliance

1. Before first use, fully charge the appliance. Connect the charging adapter to the motor unit and plug it into a suitable power outlet.
2. A full charge provides enough power to chop approximately 120 onions. A quick 15-minute charge can process about 12 onions.

Assembly

1. Place the anti-slip ring onto the bottom of the glass bowl for stability.
2. Insert the desired accessory (e.g., 4-blade knife, emulsifying disc, or garlic peeler) onto the central pin inside the glass bowl.
3. Add your ingredients to the glass bowl. Do not overfill.
4. Place the lid onto the glass bowl, ensuring it is properly seated.
5. Position the motor unit onto the lid, aligning it correctly. The appliance will only operate when all parts are securely assembled due to the integrated safety mechanism.

General Operation (Chopping)

1. Ensure the 4-blade chopping knife is installed.
2. Add ingredients to the glass bowl. For best results, cut larger items into smaller pieces (approx. 2-3 cm) before placing them in the bowl.
3. Press and hold the power button on top of the motor unit to start chopping.
4. Release the button to stop. Use short pulses for coarse chopping or hold longer for finer results.
5. The appliance features two power levels. Press the button once for standard speed, press again for higher speed.

Using the Emulsifying Disc

1. Replace the chopping knife with the emulsifying disc.
2. Add liquids or ingredients for emulsifying (e.g., eggs and oil for mayonnaise, cream for whipping).
3. Operate the appliance as described above until the desired consistency is achieved.

Using the Garlic Peeler

1. Install the garlic peeler attachment.
2. Place individual garlic cloves into the bowl. Do not add too many at once.
3. Operate the chopper in short pulses. The peeler will gently remove the skins from the garlic cloves.

5. Cleaning and Maintenance

1. Always unplug the charging adapter and ensure the appliance is off before cleaning.
2. Carefully remove the motor unit, lid, and accessories from the glass bowl.
3. The glass bowl, lid, and all accessories (chopping knife, emulsifying disc, garlic peeler, anti-slip ring) are dishwasher-safe. Alternatively, wash them by hand in warm, soapy water and rinse thoroughly.
4. Caution: The blades are extremely sharp. Handle the chopping knife with utmost care.
5. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Never immerse the motor unit in water or place it in a dishwasher.
