Setup
1. Unpacking and Battery Installation
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. The package should include the handset, base unit, power adapter, telephone line cord, and 2 AAA rechargeable batteries.
- Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the handset.
- Insert the 2 AAA rechargeable batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Close the battery compartment cover.
2. Connecting the Base Unit
- Connect the power adapter to the base unit and plug it into a wall outlet.
- Connect one end of the telephone line cord to the base unit and the other end to your telephone wall jack.
3. Initial Charging
Place the handset on the base unit. The handset will begin charging. For optimal battery performance, allow the handset to charge continuously for at least 12-15 hours before its first use, even if the display indicates a full charge sooner.
Operating Instructions
Making and Receiving Calls
- To Make a Call: Press the green call button, then dial the number using the large keypad.
- To Receive a Call: When the phone rings, press the green call button to answer.
- To End a Call: Press the red end call button or place the handset back on the base unit.
Phonebook
The phonebook can store up to 50 entries. Refer to the on-screen menu for adding, editing, and deleting contacts.
Caller ID and Call History
The phone supports Caller ID, displaying the caller's number if available. You can review a list of the last 30 received calls and the last 10 dialed calls through the menu options.
Ringtones and Volume
Choose from 5 polyphonic and 5 standard ringtones. The phone offers high volume settings for both ringtones and earpiece listening. Adjust volume using the navigation buttons during a call or through the settings menu.
Alarm Function
Set an alarm with a snooze function through the phone's menu. This feature allows for a temporary pause of the alarm before it sounds again.
Boost Button
The Boost button provides amplified listening and tone control during a call, enhancing audio clarity for users who may require it.
Maintenance

Verify that the handset is charged. Check the telephone line connection. If using a shared line, ensure no other phone is off-hook. - Display Issues:
If the display is blank or unreadable, ensure the batteries are correctly installed and charged. Try resetting the phone by removing the batteries for a few minutes and then reinserting them. - Battery Not Charging:
Ensure the handset is correctly placed on the charging base. Check that the charging contacts on both the handset and base are clean and free of debris. Verify the power adapter is connected. - Poor Sound Quality:
Move closer to the base unit to improve signal strength. Check for interference from other electronic devices.
