3. Product Overview

The iWALK Magnetic Portable Charger features a compact design with a 9000mAh battery capacity. It supports MagSafe-compatible wireless charging and offers 18W USB-C Power Delivery for both input and output. An LED display indicates the current battery level.

4. Setup and Initial Use

4.1 Charging the Power Bank

Before first use, fully charge your iWALK Magnetic Portable Charger. Use the provided USB-C cable and connect it to a compatible 18W PD (Power Delivery) wall adapter for optimal charging speed.

4.2 Checking Battery Level

The LED display on the top of the charger shows the remaining battery percentage. Press the power button once to activate the display.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Wireless Charging (MagSafe Compatible)

1. Ensure your iPhone is compatible with MagSafe (iPhone 12/13/14/15 series). For optimal magnetic connection, use an iPhone without a case or with a MagSafe-compatible case.
2. Align the iWALK Magnetic Portable Charger with the back of your iPhone. The magnets will automatically snap the charger into place.
3. Wireless charging will begin automatically. The LED display on the charger will show the battery percentage.

5.2 Wired Charging (USB-C Output)

The USB-C port on the iWALK charger can also be used to charge other devices via a cable. Connect one end of a USB-C cable to the charger's USB-C port and the other end to your device.

5.3 Pass-Through Charging

The iWALK Magnetic Portable Charger supports pass-through charging, allowing you to charge your smartphone wirelessly while the power bank itself is being charged via its USB-C input. This is useful for overnight charging of both devices.

• Charger not turning on/displaying percentage: Ensure the power bank is charged. Press the power button to activate the display.
• Phone not charging wirelessly:

  • Remove any non-MagSafe compatible cases or thick cases that may interfere with the magnetic connection or wireless charging.
  • Ensure the charger is properly aligned with the charging coil on your phone.
• Slow charging:
  • For fast charging, ensure both the power bank and your device support 18W PD.
  • Ensure you are using a high-quality USB-C cable.
  • Background apps or heavy phone usage during charging can slow down the process.
• Charger shows 100% but drains quickly when connected: This may indicate a battery calibration issue or degradation. Try fully discharging the power bank until it turns off, then fully recharge it without interruption. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
• Magnetic connection is weak: Ensure your phone or case has a strong MagSafe magnet. Some third-party cases may have weaker magnets.
