Installation Methods

3.1. Wall-Mounted Slide Bracket Installation

This method allows for flexible positioning along the wall. Prepare necessary tools including a laser level, electric drill, hammer, pistol drill, marker, wrench, tape measure, slide brackets, and expansion screws.

• Pre-assemble the slide bracket on the ground to familiarize yourself with the process.
• For wooden walls, select installation positions based on wall stud locations.
• Align the center point of the projector screen with the wall center point.
• Measure the rail-to-ceiling distance (e.g., 20cm) and mark with a marker.
• Position the rail on wall markings, use a level for horizontality.
• Mark drill points for expansion screws at both ends of the rail.
• Drill holes, hammer expansion screws, tighten nuts clockwise to expand the sleeve, then loosen counter-clockwise to prepare for bracket installation.
• Mount the bracket, retighten to complete.
• Lift the screen onto the ladders (two persons), then engage the top rail into the upper track by tilting the screen slightly, then push upright. Lower the screen slightly to lock the bottom rail, then secure the clips firmly.

• Use a tape measure to determine the length of the screen and identify its center point.
• Mark the center position of the wall, aligning it with the screen's center.
• Turn on the laser level to mark the centerline on the wall and ceiling.
• Align the screen with the laser line and mark the drilling positions through the brackets.
• Drill holes, hammer expansion screws, tighten nuts clockwise, then loosen counter-clockwise.

This method uses expansion hooks and eye bolts for ceiling mounting. Prepare necessary tools including electric drill, pistol drill, wrench, marker, tape measure, hammer, expansion hooks, and eye bolts.

• Locate the center point of the projector screen and the wall.
• Measure the distance between the two eye bolts (e.g., 228cm for a 100-inch screen).
• Maintain a distance of 2-4 inches from the wall to allow sufficient space.
• Based on the measured spacing, mark the drilling positions on the ceiling using a marker.
• Drill holes, tap expansion sleeves, tighten expansion screws, then loosen counter-clockwise.
• Two people should work together to lift the screen onto the ladders, then climb the ladders and hang the screen onto the expansion hooks.

4. Operating Instructions

Remote Control Operation
