3. Setup and Pairing

Initial Pairing:

1. Ensure the earbuds are charged (refer to the Charging section).
2. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
3. On your device (smartphone, laptop, etc.), go to Bluetooth settings.
4. Search for available devices and select "X08" to connect.
5. Once connected, the earbuds will automatically pair with your device whenever you open the charging case.

4. Operating Instructions

Smart Touch Controls:

The TAGRY X08 earbuds feature intuitive touch controls on each earbud. You can control various functions without needing to access your connected device.

• Play/Pause: Single tap on either earbud (R/L).
• Volume Up: Long tap on the Right earbud.
• Volume Down: Long tap on the Left earbud.
• Next Track: Double tap on the Right earbud.
• Previous Track: Double tap on the Left earbud.
• Answer/End Call: Double tap on either earbud (R/L).
• Reject Call: Long tap for 2 seconds on either earbud (R/L).
• Voice Assistant: Triple tap on either earbud (R/L).

Mono Mode and Twin Stereo Mode:

The earbuds support both mono and twin stereo modes, allowing you to use a single earbud independently or both together for a stereo audio experience.

5. Charging

Charging the Earbuds:

Place the earbuds back into the charging case. They will automatically begin charging. The LED power display on the case will show the individual charge status of each earbud.

Charging the Case:

The charging case can be charged using two methods:

1. USB-C Cable Charging: Connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging port on the case and to a power source.
2. Wireless Charging: Place the charging case on a compatible wireless charging pad (not included).

LED Power Display:

The dual digital LED power display on the outside of the case indicates the power level for the charging case (from 1 to 100) and the charge status of each earbud. This allows you to monitor battery levels at a glance.

6. Maintenance

Waterproofing:

The TAGRY X08 earbuds are rated IPX5 waterproof. This means they are resistant to splashes and sweat, making them suitable for workouts and outdoor activities. However, they are not designed for submersion in water. Avoid exposing them to heavy rain or swimming.

Ear Tip Replacement:

The earbuds come with three different sizes of ear tips to ensure a comfortable and secure fit. If the pre-installed ear tips do not fit well, you can replace them with a more suitable size from the included accessories.

Cleaning:

Regularly clean your earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive materials or harsh chemicals. Ensure the charging contacts on both the earbuds and the case are clean and dry to maintain optimal charging performance.

7. Troubleshooting

• Earbuds not pairing: Ensure both earbuds are in the charging case, then open the lid to activate pairing mode. Check your device's Bluetooth settings to ensure it's searching for new devices.
• Only one earbud working: Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, then open it again. This often resets the connection. If the issue persists, try re-pairing them with your device.
• Disconnection issues: Ensure the earbuds are within the Bluetooth range (10 meters) of your device. Avoid obstacles that may interfere with the signal. Some users have reported occasional disconnections when switching between devices; re-pairing may be necessary.
• Battery life concerns: While designed for long playback, battery performance can degrade over time with extensive use. Ensure the charging contacts are clean and the case is fully charged.
• Touch controls unresponsive: Ensure your fingers are clean and dry. A single tap, double tap, or long press should be distinct.
• Sound quality issues: Ensure the ear tips provide a good seal in your ear canal. Try different sized ear tips for optimal sound. Check the audio source for quality.
