5.2 Battery Life and Charging
The BC26 provides approximately 25 hours of continuous battery life in GPS-enabled mode after each full charge. Recharge the device using the provided Type-C cable when the battery indicator shows low power.
6. Troubleshooting
6.1 GPS Signal Acquisition Issues
- Slow Acquisition: Ensure the device is in an open outdoor area with a clear view of the sky when powering on. It may take up to a minute to acquire a signal.
- Signal Loss: Dense tree cover or riding in tunnels may cause temporary fluctuations or loss of GPS signal. The device will attempt to reacquire the signal once conditions improve.
- No Signal While Moving: The device is designed to acquire a GPS lock while stationary. Wait for the signal to be acquired before starting your ride.
6.2 CoospoRide App Syncing Problems
- Connection Issues: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and the BC26 is powered on and within range. Verify that the CoospoRide App has necessary location and Bluetooth permissions.
- Data Not Syncing: The app may have a limit on the amount of data it can store. If you experience syncing issues, try deleting older ride data from the CoospoRide App to free up space. Data synced to Strava will remain accessible there.
6.3 Time Setting
The BC26 automatically calibrates the time upon successful GPS signal acquisition. Manual time adjustment is generally not required.
