Setup

Charging the Speaker

Before first use, fully charge the speaker. Connect the included USB charging cable to the DC5V charging port (9) on the speaker and the other end to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port. The LED indicator (8) will illuminate during charging and turn off when fully charged.

Initial Power On

Press and hold the Power On/Off button (1) for a few seconds until the speaker powers on and the display (11) illuminates.

Operating Instructions

Bluetooth Pairing

To connect your device via Bluetooth:

  1. Ensure the speaker is powered on and in Bluetooth mode. If not, press the Mode button (2) until "Bluetooth" or a similar indicator appears on the display.
  2. Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone, tablet, or other Bluetooth-enabled device.
  3. Search for "COBY CSTW561BK" (or similar model name) in your device's Bluetooth settings and select it to pair.
  4. Once paired, the speaker will emit a confirmation tone, and you can begin playing audio wirelessly.

True Wireless Stereo (TWS) Pairing (Optional)

If you have two COBY CSTW561BK speakers, you can pair them together for a true wireless stereo experience:

  1. Ensure both speakers are powered on and in Bluetooth mode, but not yet paired to any device.
  2. On one speaker (this will be the primary speaker), long press the Play/Pause button (4) until you hear a pairing tone.
  3. The two speakers will automatically connect to each other. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone.
  4. Now, connect your Bluetooth device to the primary speaker as described in the "Bluetooth Pairing" section above. Audio will play through both speakers in stereo.

FM Radio Operation

To use the built-in FM radio:

  1. Press the Mode button (2) repeatedly until "FM" or the radio frequency appears on the display (11).
  2. Long press the Play/Pause button (4) to automatically scan and save available FM stations.
  3. Use the Previous Track (3) and Next Track (5) buttons to navigate between saved stations.

USB/Memory Card Playback

To play music from a USB drive or TF (Micro SD) card:

  1. Insert a USB drive into the USB Input Port (7) or a TF card into the Memory Card (TF) Input Slot (6) with compatible audio files (e.g., MP3).
  2. The speaker should automatically switch to USB or TF mode and begin playback. If not, press the Mode button (2) to select the correct input.
  3. Use the Previous Track (3), Play/Pause (4), and Next Track (5) buttons to control playback.

Microphone Input (Karaoke Mode)

Connect a microphone (not included) to the MIC Input Port (10) to use the speaker for karaoke or public address. The microphone audio will mix with the currently playing music.

Party Lights
