Important Safety Information

• This canopy tent is designed for temporary use and is not intended for permanent installation.
• Do not leave the canopy tent up overnight or under severe weather conditions, including strong winds (exceeding 5 MPH), heavy rain, snow, or hail.
• Ensure the canopy is properly anchored to the ground using all provided ropes and stakes to prevent collapse or displacement by wind.
• Avoid placing the canopy near open flames, heaters, or any heat sources.
• Keep children and pets away from the canopy during assembly and disassembly.
• Inspect all components for damage before each use. Do not use if any parts are broken or missing.
• Assembly is recommended with at least two people for safety and ease.

Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps to assemble your PayLessHere 10'x10' Canopy Tent. It is highly recommended to have at least two people for assembly.

1. Step 1: Assemble the Top Frame

   Begin by assembling the top frame structure of the canopy. Connect the steel pipes according to the diagram, ensuring all high-strength joint fittings are securely in place. The cross structure on the top should be stable and durable.

2. Step 2: Attach the Canopy Top Fabric

   Once the top frame is assembled, carefully drape the polyethylene top tarp material over the frame. Ensure it is centered and covers the entire frame evenly. The ceiling and pipe connections are secured by Velcro.

3. Step 3: Extend Legs and Secure

   With the top fabric in place, carefully lift the frame and extend the legs. Pull down the leg skirts and secure them with the integrated hooks or ties. The legs feature a four-speed adjustable mechanism to control the top cloth tightness.

4. Step 4: Anchor the Canopy

   For optimal stability and safety, especially in outdoor environments, secure the canopy to the ground using the provided ropes and ground stakes/nails. Attach the ropes to the designated points on the canopy frame and firmly drive the stakes into the ground.

Care and Maintenance

Proper care and maintenance will extend the life of your canopy tent.

• Cleaning: To clean the fabric, use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before storage to prevent mildew.
• Frame Care: Wipe down the steel frame with a damp cloth. If any rust appears, clean it and apply a rust-inhibiting paint.
• Storage: Disassemble the canopy tent and store all components in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight when not in use. Note that a carrying bag is not included with this product.
• Inspection: Regularly inspect all poles, connectors, ropes, and stakes for wear or damage. Replace any damaged parts immediately.

Troubleshooting

Here are some common issues and potential solutions:

• Canopy instability or collapse:
  • Ensure all frame connections are fully engaged and secured.
  • Verify that all ropes are taut and stakes are firmly driven into the ground.
  • Do not use the canopy in winds exceeding 5 MPH. Disassemble immediately if strong winds are anticipated.
• Water pooling on canopy top:
  • Ensure the top fabric is stretched tightly and evenly over the frame.
  • Adjust the leg height to ensure proper tension and slope for water runoff.
  • While waterproof, the canopy is not designed for heavy rainfall.
• Difficulty with assembly:
  • Review the assembly instructions carefully.
  • Ensure all parts are correctly identified before beginning.
  • It is highly recommended to have at least two people for assembly to manage the frame and fabric more easily.
• Fabric tearing or Velcro detaching:
  • Avoid over-tightening the fabric during assembly.
  • Do not expose the canopy to extreme weather conditions that can stress the fabric.
  • Minor tears can often be repaired with a suitable fabric repair kit.
