Setup Instructions
1. Attaching Your Camera/Device
The monopod comes with two primary adapters for broad compatibility:
- For GoPro: Use the pre-installed GoPro adapter. Align your GoPro camera with the adapter's prongs and secure it using the provided thumb screw.
- For Insta360/Smartphones: Attach the dedicated adapter to the monopod's 1/4" screw. For smartphones, a separate phone clip (not included) is required to mount onto this adapter.

2. Extending and Retracting the Pole
The monopod features a telescoping design with multiple sections. To extend, twist the sections counter-clockwise to unlock, pull to your desired length, and then twist clockwise to lock securely. To retract, reverse the process.

3. Connecting to a Tripod Stand
The base of the monopod includes a standard 1/4" tripod screw hole. This allows you to attach the monopod to any compatible tripod stand (not included) for stable, hands-free shooting.
Operating Instructions
1. Adjusting the Camera Angle
The camera mounting head allows for a 90°-180° adjustable angle. Loosen the knob on the side of the mount, adjust your camera to the desired tilt, and then tighten the knob to secure it.

2. Waterproof Usage
The carbon fiber construction makes this monopod waterproof and rustproof. It can be safely used in rain, snow, and underwater environments. Ensure your camera is also waterproof or housed in a waterproof case before submerging.

Troubleshooting
- Pole sections not locking: Ensure you are twisting the sections firmly clockwise to lock them after extending. If resistance is met, check for any debris.
- Camera mount feels loose: Tighten the thumb screw on the GoPro adapter or the 1/4" screw on other adapters to ensure a secure connection.
- Difficulty extending/retracting: If the pole feels stiff, ensure it is clean and free of sand or dirt. Avoid forcing the sections.
