Over time, dust and debris can accumulate around the trackball, affecting its smooth operation. To clean:
- Turn off the mouse.
- Gently push the trackball from the underside opening (if available) or carefully pry it out from the top using a non-abrasive tool.
- Clean the trackball and the internal sensors/rollers with a soft, lint-free cloth, slightly dampened with isopropyl alcohol if necessary.
- Ensure all components are dry before reinserting the trackball.
6. Troubleshooting
- Mouse not responding:
- Ensure the mouse is turned on.
- Check battery level and charge if necessary.
- Verify the correct connection profile (2.4 GHz or Bluetooth) is selected.
