Before beginning installation, ensure the electric smoker is unplugged from its power source to prevent electrical hazards.

  1. Remove Old Control Panel: Carefully detach the existing control panel from the smoker. Note the connections for the meat probe and the main wire connector.
  2. Connect Meat Probe: Locate the 2-pin connector on the new control panel and connect it to the meat probe cable.
  3. Connect to Smoker: Locate the 5-pin wire connector on the new control panel and connect it to the corresponding wire connector on the smoker unit.
  4. Secure Panel: Align the control panel with the opening on the smoker. Use the stabilizing screw inserting keyhole to secure the panel in place. Ensure all connections are firm and the panel is seated correctly.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Setting Temperature

  1. Press the ON button to power on the unit.
  2. Press SET TEMP once.
  3. Use the +/- buttons to adjust to your desired temperature.
  4. Press SET TEMP again to confirm and lock the temperature.

5.2. Setting Timer

  1. Press SET TIME once.
  2. Use the +/- buttons to set the desired hours.
  3. Press SET TIME to move to minutes.
  4. Use the +/- buttons to set the desired minutes.
  5. Press SET TIME again to start the cooking cycle.

Important Note: Heat will turn off automatically when the set time has expired.
