Setup and Installation
- Prepare the Surface: Ensure the installation surface is clean, dry, and smooth for optimal adhesion of the clips.
- Connect Components: Connect the LED light strips to the controller, ensuring the arrows on the connectors align. Then, connect the power supply to the controller.
- Test Functionality: Before permanent mounting, plug in the power supply and use the remote control to test the light strips. Verify all colors and modes function correctly.
- Customize Length (Optional): If a shorter length is desired, only cut the LED strips along the designated cutting marks (usually indicated by a scissor icon or copper pads). Cutting elsewhere will damage the strip.
- Mount the Strips: Remove the adhesive outer layer from the back of the mounting clips and press firmly for five seconds when mounting. Use the provided clips to secure the light strips in your desired location, such as under cabinets, behind TVs, or along shelves.
- Activate Remote: Remove the plastic tab from the remote control's battery door to activate the battery.
