Featuring 1100 lumens of bright LED light, a rechargeable battery, and water resistance, the H7 is built for performance and convenience. Please read this manual carefully to ensure proper use and maintenance of your headlamp.

Product Overview

The Everbeam H7 Headlamp features a lightweight, ergonomic design with an adjustable elastic strap for a comfortable and secure fit. It includes multiple light modes, motion sensor control, and a durable, weather-resistant construction.

Components:

• LED Light Unit: Contains the main spotlight and floodlights.
• Adjustable Elastic Strap: For securing the headlamp to your head or other objects.
• Control Buttons: Two buttons on top for power, mode selection, and sensor control.
• USB-C Charging Port: Located on the bottom for recharging the internal battery.

Setup

1. Adjusting the Head Strap:

The elastic head strap is designed for comfort and adjustability. Use the two slide buckles to fit the strap securely around your head. The strap can also be adjusted to fit around a waist or leg, offering versatile lighting options.

2. Initial Charging:

Before first use, fully charge the headlamp. Locate the USB-C charging port on the bottom of the headlamp. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the port and plug the other end into a compatible USB power source. The battery charge indicator will show 5 green bars when charging is complete. Charging typically takes up to 2.5 hours.

Note: If using 3 AAA batteries, ensure to remove them before recharging the internal Lithium-Ion battery.

Operation

1. Power On/Off and Light Modes:

Use the right button on the top of the headlamp to control power and cycle through white light settings. Press the button to turn the light on. Continue pressing to switch between the 5 white light settings, which include 3 brightness levels (Spot Light High, Spot Light Low, Flood Light High, Flood Light Low, All On High). The headlamp will remember the last used light mode when switched back on.

2. Red Light Modes:

The H7 also features two red light settings: On and Strobe. These are ideal for preserving night vision and for signaling. To activate red light modes, cycle through the white light modes until the red light appears, or use the dedicated red light button if available (refer to Figure 2 for button layout).

3. Sensor Control:

The left button activates the Sensor Control mode. When enabled, a blue light indicates the sensor is active. With a simple wave of your hand in front of the headlamp, you can automatically switch on the High White Light mode. Remember to turn off the sensor mode after use to conserve battery life.

Charging and Battery Life

The Everbeam H7 Headlamp is equipped with a rechargeable Lithium-Ion battery. The battery life varies depending on the selected light mode:

• All On (High): Approximately 2.5 hours
• Flood Light (Low): Up to 28 hours
• Red Light (On): Up to 12 hours
• Red Light (Strobe): Up to 24 hours

To charge, use the provided USB-C cable. The battery indicator will show progress and full charge. In situations where recharging is not possible, the headlamp can also be powered by 3 AAA batteries. Ensure to remove AAA batteries before attempting to recharge the internal Lithium-Ion battery.

Care and Maintenance

• Water Resistance: The H7 Headlamp is rated IP65 for water resistance, meaning it is protected against dust ingress and low-pressure water jets from any direction. It can withstand heavy rainstorms, splashes, and dusty conditions. Do not submerge the headlamp in water for any extended period.
• Cleaning: Wipe the headlamp with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Storage: When not in use, store the headlamp in a cool, dry place. The included dust-proof storage pouch can be used for protection and also doubles as a camp light cover.

Troubleshooting

• Headlamp not turning on:
  • Ensure the battery is charged. Check the battery indicator.
  • Verify the battery is correctly inserted if using AAA batteries.
  • If using the internal rechargeable battery, ensure it is properly seated.
• Light output is dim:
  • The battery may be low. Recharge the headlamp.
  • Ensure the headlamp is not in a low-brightness mode. Cycle through modes to increase brightness.
• Sensor control not working:
  • Ensure the sensor control mode is activated (blue light indicator).
  • Make sure there are no obstructions in front of the sensor.
• Headlamp not charging:
  • Check the USB-C cable and power source for proper connection.
  • Ensure the charging port is clean and free of debris.
