Setup
Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Use the provided USB-C cable. The charging case requires approximately 2 hours for a full charge, and the earbuds require about 1.5 hours.

Pairing Your Earbuds
The Picun W20 earbuds feature advanced Bluetooth V5.0 + EDR technology and a Hall Switch for fast pairing.
- Ensure your device's Bluetooth is turned on.
- Open the lid of the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode (after the first connection).
- On your device, search for "W20" in the Bluetooth settings and select it to connect.
- Once connected, the earbuds are ready for use.

Touch Controls
The Picun W20 earbuds feature intuitive touch controls on each earbud for easy management of your audio and calls. The anti-misoperation touch design helps prevent accidental commands.
- One Click: Volume adjustment (Left: Volume -, Right: Volume +)
- Double Click: Play/Pause music, Answer/Hang up calls
- Triple Click: Activate Voice Assistant
- Long Press: Switch songs (Left: Previous song, Right: Next song)
Twin / Single Mode
You can use both earbuds together in Twin Mode for a stereo experience, or use a single earbud independently in Single Mode for convenience or to save battery life.

- Earbuds not pairing: Ensure both earbuds are in the charging case, close the lid, then open it again to activate pairing mode. Check your device's Bluetooth settings and try reconnecting.
- Only one earbud working: Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, and then open it again. This often resets the connection and allows both to pair.
- Low volume or poor sound quality: Ensure earbuds are fully charged. Try different sized ear tips for a better seal in your ear. Clean any debris from the earbud speakers.
