Important Safety Information

Please read and understand all instructions before assembling and using the BABYLO Cozi Sleeper. Keep this manual for future reference.

• WARNING: Always ensure the crib is securely attached to the adult bed when used in co-sleeping mode.
• WARNING: Discontinue use of the crib when the child can sit, kneel, or pull themselves up unaided (approximately 6 months or 9 kg), whichever comes first.
• WARNING: Do not use more than one mattress in the crib. Use only the mattress provided by the manufacturer.
• WARNING: Ensure there are no gaps between the crib and the adult mattress that could trap a child.
• WARNING: Keep all assembly fasteners tightened. Regularly check for loose screws or parts.
• WARNING: Do not place the crib near windows where cords from blinds or curtains could pose a strangulation hazard.

This product is designed for newborns up to 6 months or a maximum weight of 9 kg. It complies with safety standards EN 1130:2019 and EN 16890:2017.

Setup Instructions

Follow these steps carefully to assemble your BABYLO Cozi Sleeper.

1. Assemble the Frame

Connect the left and right leg assemblies using the crossbars. Ensure all connections click into place or are secured with the provided hardware. The frame should be stable and level.

2. Attach the Fabric Unit

Carefully slide the fabric crib unit onto the assembled frame. Ensure the fabric is taut and securely fastened to the frame at all attachment points. The mesh side panel should face the direction you intend to use for co-sleeping, or inwards for standalone use.

3. Insert the Mattress

Place the provided padded mattress into the crib. Ensure it fits snugly without any gaps around the edges.

4. Adjust Leg Extension (Optional)

If needed, extend the feet of the crib for additional stability or to fit larger adult beds. Press the release buttons on the legs and pull to extend. Ensure both sides are extended equally.

5. Attach Storage Basket

Hook or clip the storage basket to the designated points on the underside of the crib frame. This provides convenient storage for baby essentials.

Operating Instructions

Height Adjustment

The Cozi Sleeper offers 5 height positions to match most adult beds. To adjust the height, locate the adjustment buttons on each side of the crib frame. Press the buttons and raise or lower the crib to the desired height. Ensure both sides are set to the same height for a level sleeping surface.

Co-Sleeping Mode (Bedside Crib)

For co-sleeping, lower the mesh side panel. Unzip the panel and secure it underneath the crib or as instructed. Position the crib next to your adult bed, ensuring there are no gaps. Use the provided attachment straps to securely fasten the crib to your bed frame. Always double-check the security of the attachment before placing your baby in the crib.

Standalone Crib Mode

For standalone use, ensure the mesh side panel is zipped up and securely fastened. The crib can be moved easily between rooms using its integrated wheels. Lock the wheels when the crib is in its desired position to prevent accidental movement.

Anti-Reflux / Anti-Congestion Incline

The crib can be adjusted to a slight incline to assist with reflux or congestion. To do this, set one side of the crib to a slightly higher height position than the other. Ensure the incline is gentle and safe for your baby.

Maintenance

Cleaning

• Fabric Components: Spot clean only with a mild detergent and damp cloth. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
• Mattress Cover: The mattress lining is removable and washable for easy cleaning. Follow care instructions on the label.
• Frame: Wipe down the frame with a damp cloth.

Always ensure all components are thoroughly dry before reassembly and reuse to prevent mold or mildew.

Storage

When not in use, store the crib in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

Troubleshooting

• Crib feels unstable: Ensure all frame connections are fully engaged and tightened. Check that the height adjustment on both sides is even.
• Crib does not attach securely to adult bed: Verify that the attachment straps are correctly routed and tightened according to the instructions. Ensure there are no gaps between the crib and the adult mattress.
• Mattress feels too firm: While the provided mattress meets safety standards, some parents may prefer additional comfort. If desired, a thin, firm, and breathable mattress topper specifically designed for cribs can be used, ensuring it fits snugly and does not create gaps.
• Wheels not moving smoothly: Check for any debris or obstructions in the wheel mechanisms. Clean if necessary.
