1. Product Overview

The Hanaix Projection Digital Alarm Clock (Model AC-A) is a versatile device designed to enhance your bedroom experience. It features a 180° rotatable projection of time onto your ceiling or wall, a large 7.3-inch LED mirror display, dual alarm functionality with snooze, an FM radio, and a USB charging port for your mobile devices. 2. Setup

2.1 Powering On

1. Remove the insulation tab from the button battery compartment located on the back of the clock. This battery serves as a backup for settings during power outages.
2. Connect the power cable to the DC 5V input port on the back of the clock and plug the adapter into a standard wall outlet. The display will illuminate.

2.2 Initial Time Setting

1. Press and hold the SET button for 3 seconds to enter time setting mode. The 12/24H format will flash. Use the ▲ or ▼ buttons to select your preferred format.
2. Press SET again to set the hour. Use ▲ or ▼ to adjust the hour. Hold the buttons for faster adjustment.
3. Press SET again to set the minute. Use ▲ or ▼ to adjust the minute. Hold the buttons for faster adjustment.
4. Press SET one more time or wait 10 seconds for the settings to be saved automatically.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Alarm Setting (Dual Alarms)

The clock supports two independent alarms (AL1 and AL2).

1. To activate/deactivate an alarm, short press the ▼ button. The alarm icons (Bell 1 or Bell 2) will appear on the display when active.
2. To set Alarm 1: Short press the AL1 button to view the current Alarm 1 time. Press and hold AL1 for 3 seconds to enter Alarm 1 setting mode.
3. Use ▲ or ▼ to adjust the hour, then press AL1 to confirm.
4. Use ▲ or ▼ to adjust the minute, then press AL1 to confirm.
5. Next, set the snooze duration (5-60 minutes) using ▲ or ▼, then press AL1 to confirm.
6. Repeat steps 2-5 for Alarm 2 using the AL2 button.

3.2 Snooze Function

When an alarm sounds, press the top middle Zz button for an extra 5 minutes of sleep. The alarm will temporarily stop and sound again after the set snooze duration. The corresponding alarm icon and 'Zz' icon will flash on the display.

3.3 Stopping the Alarm

To stop the alarm without snoozing, press any button other than the Zz button. The alarm will stop and automatically reset for the next day at the same time.

3.4 Projection Function

1. While in normal time display mode, short press the PROJECT button to activate the time projection.
2. Each short press of the PROJECT button cycles through projection brightness: Bright → Dim → Off.
3. To rotate the projected time 180°, press and hold the PROJECT button. This allows for optimal viewing on ceilings or walls.
4. Adjust the focus of the projected image by rotating the focus control ring on the projector lens.

3.5 Display Brightness Adjustment

1. In normal time display mode, short press the Zz button to cycle through the main display brightness levels: Bright (Default) → Medium → Dim → Off.
2. To activate the automatic brightness adjustment mode, press and hold the Zz button. In this mode, the display brightness will automatically adjust based on ambient light conditions. Press and hold Zz again to exit auto mode.

3.6 Night Mode

Night Mode automatically dims the LED display during a preset period (default: 18:00 to 06:00).

1. Short press the SET button to enter Night Mode On/Off setting. Use ▲ or ▼ to toggle On/Off.
2. If Night Mode is ON, press and hold SET to adjust the start and end times for Night Mode. Use ▲ or ▼ to set the hours and minutes, pressing SET to confirm each step.
3. Note: Night Mode will not function if the automatic brightness adjustment mode is active.

3.7 USB Charging Port

The clock includes a USB charging port on the back, compatible with most Android and iOS smartphones, tablets, and other digital devices. Simply connect your device's charging cable to the USB port on the clock to charge it overnight.

3.8 FM Radio Function

1. To turn on the FM radio, short press the RADIO/SLEEP button.
2. To scan for stations, press and hold the RADIO/SLEEP button. The radio will automatically scan and save available stations.
3. Use the ▲ or ▼ buttons to switch between saved stations.
4. Adjust the volume using the VOL button and then ▲ or ▼ (15 levels available).
5. To set a sleep timer for the radio (5-90 minutes), short press the RADIO/SLEEP button repeatedly while the radio is on to select the desired duration. The radio will turn off automatically after the set time.
6. To turn off the radio, short press the RADIO/SLEEP button until the radio is off.

3.9 Temperature & Humidity Display

The clock displays indoor temperature and humidity. To switch between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F) for temperature, short press the ▲ button.

4. Maintenance

• Avoid using the clock in high temperature, humid, or direct sunlight environments.
• When placing the clock on furniture, use a cloth or protective material to prevent damage to the furniture surface.
• To clean the clock, use a small amount of soapy water and a soft cloth. Do not use gasoline or other harsh cleaning agents, as this may cause malfunction. Always disconnect power before cleaning.
• If the clock will not be used for more than one month, remove the backup battery.

5. Troubleshooting

5.1 Factory Reset

If errors occur or settings become corrupted, replacing the backup battery may restore the clock to its factory default settings. This can often resolve unexpected behavior.

5.2 Display Issues

If the display is too dim or too bright, adjust the brightness levels as described in Section 3.5. Ensure Night Mode (Section 3.6) or automatic brightness adjustment is not interfering with your desired setting.

5.3 Projection Issues

If the projected time is unclear, adjust the focus ring on the projector lens. If the orientation is incorrect, press and hold the PROJECT button to rotate the display 180°.
