Setup Guide

1. Charging the Batteries

Before first use, fully charge both drone batteries and the remote control (if rechargeable). Use the provided USB charging cable. The modular design of the batteries makes charging safe and convenient.

  • Connect the USB charging cable to a 5V/2A USB adapter (not included) and to the drone battery.
  • The indicator light on the battery will show charging status (e.g., red for charging, green for fully charged).
  • Charging time is approximately 60-90 minutes per battery.

2. Installing Drone Batteries

Insert the charged drone battery into the battery compartment on the drone until it clicks securely into place.

3. Installing Propeller Guards

For added safety, especially for beginners, attach the propeller guards to each arm of the drone. Align the guards with the designated slots and push gently until they are firmly in place.

4. Remote Control Setup

If your remote control uses disposable batteries, insert 2 C batteries (included) into the battery compartment, observing polarity. If rechargeable, ensure it is fully charged.

5. App Download and Connection

Download the official 4DRC app from your smartphone's app store. Turn on the drone and then your remote control. Connect your smartphone to the drone's Wi-Fi network (usually named "4DRC-V13-XXXX"). Open the app to establish connection and view the FPV feed.
