3. Assembly Instructions

The EUGAD Modular Enclosure offers flexible configuration options. Follow these steps for a secure assembly:

1. Prepare Anti-slip Stickers: Peel off the backing from the anti-slip stickers and apply them to the bottom of the ABS connectors. This helps protect your floor from scratches and adds stability.

   

2. Connect Panels: Insert the metal panel ends into the slots of the ABS connectors. Ensure the panels are fully seated within the connectors for maximum stability. You can use the provided wooden hammer to gently tap the panels into place if needed.

   

3. Secure with Cable Ties: For enhanced stability, especially in multi-level or larger configurations, use the provided cable ties to secure adjacent panels together. Thread the cable ties through the metal grids and tighten them.

   

4. Install Stair Panel: If creating a multi-level enclosure, position the stair panel to allow your pet access between levels. Secure it using connectors or cable ties as appropriate for your design.
5. Final Check: Once assembled, gently push on all sides of the enclosure to ensure all connections are firm and stable.

This enclosure is designed for optimal use in indoor environments. Its open grid design ensures good ventilation and light, allowing you to observe and interact with your pets easily.

• Recommended Placement: Ideal for living rooms, balconies, terraces, or hallways.
• Outdoor Use: While suitable for shaded outdoor areas, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and rain is not recommended as it may accelerate rust on the metal wires and aging of the plastic components.
• Animal Suitability: The metal grids are suitable for various small animals including guinea pigs, hamsters, rodents, hedgehogs, rabbits, hares, kittens, or puppies. The staircase increases activity levels for your pet.

Regular cleaning will ensure a hygienic and healthy environment for your pets and prolong the life of the enclosure.

• Cleaning: The PP panels are waterproof and easy to clean. Wipe them down with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could damage the material.
• Inspection: Periodically check all connectors and cable ties to ensure they remain secure. Tighten or replace as needed.
• Rust Prevention: If used in humid environments or briefly outdoors, ensure the metal panels are dried thoroughly to prevent rust.

• Enclosure feels wobbly: Ensure all panel ends are fully inserted into the ABS connectors. Use the wooden hammer to tap them firmly into place. Reinforce connections with additional cable ties, especially at corners and stress points.
• Panels not fitting: Double-check that you are using the correct panels for your desired configuration. Ensure connectors are oriented correctly.
• Pet chewing on plastic parts: While the materials are safe, some pets may chew. Monitor your pet's behavior. If excessive chewing occurs, consider adding chew toys or deterrents, or adjust the enclosure design to minimize access to plastic parts.
