1. Introduction

The ENGINDOT V14 features a 250W high-performance brushless motor, offering up to 23Kpa of powerful suction. Its 5-layer high-efficiency filtration system captures fine particles, and its 4-in-1 design allows for versatile cleaning across various surfaces and situations.

2. Important Safety Instructions

To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury, always follow basic safety precautions when using an electrical appliance. Read all instructions before using this vacuum cleaner.

  • Do not use outdoors or on wet surfaces.
  • Do not allow to be used as a toy. Close attention is necessary when used by or near children.
  • Use only as described in this manual. Use only manufacturer’s recommended attachments.
  • Do not use with damaged cord or plug. If appliance is not working as it should, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or dropped into water, return it to a service center.
  • Do not pull or carry by cord, use cord as a handle, close a door on cord, or pull cord around sharp edges or corners. Do not run appliance over cord. Keep cord away from heated surfaces.
  • Do not unplug by pulling on cord. To unplug, grasp the plug, not the cord.
  • Do not handle plug or appliance with wet hands.
  • Do not put any object into openings. Do not use with any opening blocked; keep free of dust, lint, hair, and anything that may reduce airflow.
  • Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, and all parts of body away from openings and moving parts.
  • Do not pick up anything that is burning or smoking, such as cigarettes, matches, or hot ashes.
  • Do not use to pick up flammable or combustible liquids, such as gasoline, or use in areas where they may be present.
  • Do not pick up toxic material (e.g., chlorine bleach, ammonia cleaner, drain cleaner).
  • Do not use without dust bag and/or filters in place.
  • Turn off all controls before unplugging.
  • Use extra care when cleaning on stairs.
  • Do not charge the unit outdoors.
  • Use only the charger specified by the manufacturer.
  • Do not incinerate the appliance even if it is severely damaged. Batteries can explode in a fire.

4.1 Brushless Motor and V-shaped Brush

The vacuum is equipped with a 250W brushless motor, providing stronger, quieter, and more efficient performance with a longer service life compared to traditional brushed motors. The motorized floor brush features V-shaped bristles, specifically designed to reduce hair entanglement, making it ideal for pet hair. It also includes 11 LED lamp beads for illuminating dark areas during cleaning.

4.2 5-Layer High-Efficiency Filtration System

The ENGINDOT V14 utilizes a 5-layer high-efficiency filtration system, including a metal mesh filter, cyclone filtration, multiple-cyclone separation, a high-density HEPA filter, and sponge filtration. This system captures 99.97% of small particles, reducing air pollution and dust emissions, which is particularly beneficial for households with pets.

5. Assembly

The ENGINDOT V14 is designed for easy assembly and configuration into various modes.

  1. Attach the Extension Tube: Align the main motor unit with the adjustable aluminum stick (extension tube) and push until it clicks into place.
  2. Attach the Floor Brush: Connect the motorized floor brush to the other end of the extension tube, ensuring it clicks securely.
  3. Install Battery: Slide the lithium battery into the designated slot on the main motor unit until it locks.
  4. Attach Accessories: For handheld use or specific cleaning tasks, detach the extension tube and/or floor brush, and attach the 2-in-1 brush or long crevice tool directly to the main motor unit.

6. Charging

Ensure the battery is fully charged before the first use. The removable battery can be charged while attached to the vacuum or separately.

  1. Connect the power adapter to the charging port on the battery or the main motor unit.
  2. Plug the adapter into a power outlet. The battery indicator lights will show the charging status.
  3. A full charge typically takes approximately 4.5 hours.
  4. Once fully charged, the battery provides up to 30 minutes of runtime in standard mode and 15 minutes in deep clean mode.

6.1 Wall Mount Installation

The included wall mount bracket allows for convenient storage and charging of your vacuum cleaner and its accessories.

  1. Choose a suitable location near a power outlet.
  2. Mount the bracket securely to the wall at a height that allows the floor brush to rest on the ground when the vacuum is docked.
  3. Hang the vacuum cleaner on the wall mount. You can also store accessories on the bracket.

7. Operation

Operating your ENGINDOT V14 is straightforward. Follow these steps for effective cleaning.

  1. Power On/Off: Press the power button once to turn on the vacuum. Press it again to turn it off.
  2. Adjust Suction Mode: The vacuum offers two suction modes: Standard (12Kpa) and Deep Clean (23Kpa). Press the mode button to switch between them. Standard mode is suitable for daily cleaning, while Deep Clean mode provides maximum power for stubborn dirt and carpets.
  3. Using Attachments:
    • Motorized Floor Brush: Ideal for hard floors, low-pile carpets, and tiles. The built-in LED lights illuminate dust and debris.
    • 2-in-1 Brush: Use for upholstery, curtains, car interiors, and delicate surfaces.
    • Long Crevice Tool: Perfect for narrow gaps, corners, and hard-to-reach areas like between sofa cushions or along baseboards.
  4. Maneuverability: The flexible motorized floor brush allows for 180° left & right rotation and 90° front & back rotation, making it easy to clean under furniture and around obstacles.

8. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your vacuum cleaner.

8.1 Emptying the Dustbin

Empty the dustbin after every use to maintain strong suction.

  1. Press the button to release the dust cup from the main motor unit.
  2. Hold the dust cup over a trash bin and press the release button to open the bottom flap and empty the contents.
  3. Close the flap securely.

8.2 Cleaning Filters

It is recommended to wash the HEPA filter every month and replace it every six months. The pre-filter should also be cleaned regularly.

  1. Press the button to remove the dust cup.
  2. Take out the HEPA filter and rotate out the pre-filter from the dust cup.
  3. Wash the filters under running water until clean.
  4. Allow all filter components to air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reassembling. Do not use the vacuum with wet filters.

8.3 Cleaning the V-shaped Roller

Periodically check the V-shaped roller in the motorized floor brush for tangled hair or debris.

  1. Turn off the vacuum and detach the floor brush.
  2. Use a coin or a flat tool to unlock the side cover of the brush roll.
  3. Remove the V-shaped roller.
  4. Carefully remove any tangled hair or debris from the roller and the brush head cavity.
  5. Reinsert the roller and secure the side cover.

9. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your ENGINDOT V14, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:
