6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Powering On/Off
Press and hold the power button on the main unit to turn the device on or off. The LED indicator light will illuminate when the device is powered on.
6.2 Using the 'USee' App
Open the 'USee' app on your connected smartphone. The app should automatically detect the borescope and display the live camera feed. If not, check the USB connection and restart the app.
6.3 Probe Articulation
Use the joystick control on the main unit to articulate the tip of the flexible probe. Move the joystick in different directions to bend the probe tip 360 degrees all-around and 180 degrees back. This allows for precise navigation and viewing angles within inspection areas.
6.4 Adjusting LED Brightness
Press the LED brightness control button on the main unit to cycle through different brightness levels for the camera's integrated LED lights. Adjust as needed for optimal illumination of the inspection area.
6.5 Capturing Images and Videos
Within the 'USee' app, use the on-screen controls to capture still images or record videos. Captured media will be saved directly to your smartphone's storage.

7. Maintenance
7.1 Cleaning the Probe and Camera Lens
After each use, gently wipe the probe and camera lens with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn dirt, a small amount of isopropyl alcohol can be used on the lens. Ensure no liquid enters the main unit.
7.2 Battery Care
To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the device frequently. Recharge the battery when the indicator shows low power. If storing for an extended period, charge the battery to about 50% every few months.
7.3 Storage
Store the borescope in its original packaging or a protective case to prevent damage to the probe and main unit. Keep it away from extreme temperatures and humidity.
8. Troubleshooting
- No Image on App: Ensure the borescope is powered on, the USB cable is securely connected, and the 'USee' app is open. Try restarting the app or reconnecting the USB cable.
- Probe Not Articulating: Check for any obstructions around the probe tip. Ensure the joystick is being moved correctly. If the issue persists, contact support.
- Poor Image Quality: Clean the camera lens. Adjust the LED brightness. Ensure the object is within the optimal focus range (20mm to a few tens of centimeters).
- Device Not Charging: Verify the charging cable and adapter are working. Ensure the charging port is clean and free of debris.
