3. Setup and Installation
3.1 Unpacking

3.2 Placement
Position the Styler on a firm, level surface. Ensure there is adequate space around the unit for ventilation (at least 10 cm on sides and back). Avoid direct sunlight or heat sources. The appliance should be placed indoors, away from moisture.

3.3 Power Connection
Plug the power cord into a dedicated, grounded 220-240V, 50/60Hz electrical outlet. Do not use extension cords or adapters.
3.4 Water Tank Preparation
Locate the water supply tank and the drain tank. Fill the water supply tank with pure, distilled water up to the indicated maximum fill line. Ensure the drain tank is empty before starting operation.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Control Panel Overview
The control panel is located on the front of the Styler and features touch-sensitive buttons and a digital display.

4.2 Loading Garments
Open the Styler door. Hang garments on the included hangers, ensuring they are evenly spaced and do not touch the bottom or sides of the unit. For pants, use the dedicated pants press on the inside of the door.
4.3 Selecting a Cycle
Press the Power button (⏻) to turn on the Styler. Select the desired cycle from the available options on the control panel:
- Refresh: For everyday garments to remove odors and light wrinkles. Options include Normal, Light, and Downloaded.
- Special Care: For delicate fabrics or specific items like Suits/Coats, Steaming, Pants Crease, Bedding.
- Sanitary: For sanitizing items, reducing allergens and bacteria. Options include Normal, Heavy Duty, Kid's Item.
- Gentle Dry: For low-temperature drying of delicate items. Options include Normal, Rain/Snow, Dehumidify.
4.4 Starting a Cycle
After selecting a cycle, press the Start/Pause button (⏸) to begin operation. The display will show the remaining cycle time.
4.5 Delay Start Function
To delay the start of a cycle, select your desired cycle, then press the Delay Start button repeatedly to set the desired delay time. Press Start/Pause to confirm.
4.6 SmartThinQ (Wi-Fi) Connectivity
The Styler supports SmartThinQ for remote control and cycle download. Refer to the LG SmartThinQ application manual for detailed setup and usage instructions.
5. Maintenance and Cleaning
5.1 Water Tank Cleaning
Regularly empty the drain tank after each use. Clean both the water supply and drain tanks periodically to prevent mineral buildup. Rinse with clean water and allow to air dry.
5.2 Exterior Cleaning
Wipe the exterior surfaces of the Styler with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
5.3 Interior Cleaning
Wipe the interior of the Styler with a soft, damp cloth as needed. Ensure the moving hanger rail is free from obstructions.
