3. Gas Connection
Connect the natural gas supply line to the burner assembly. This connection must be made by a qualified gas technician and tested for leaks using a non-corrosive leak detection solution.
4. Log Placement
Carefully arrange the ceramic fiber logs on the burner grate according to the diagram provided in the separate log placement guide (if applicable) or as shown in the product images. Proper log placement is essential for safe and clean combustion. Do not block any burner ports or air inlets.

5. Lava Rock / Embers Placement
Distribute the lava rock or glowing embers around the base of the logs, ensuring they do not cover any burner ports or pilot light assembly. This enhances the realistic appearance of the fire.

Operating Instructions
1. Lighting the Pilot
- Ensure the gas supply valve is open.
- Locate the control knob on the burner assembly.
- Push in and turn the control knob to the "PILOT" position.
- While holding the knob in, press the igniter button repeatedly until the pilot flame lights.
- Continue to hold the control knob in for approximately 30-60 seconds after the pilot lights to allow the thermocouple to heat up. Release the knob; the pilot should remain lit. If it extinguishes, repeat the process.
2. Lighting the Main Burner
- Once the pilot is lit, slowly turn the control knob from the "PILOT" position to the "ON" position.
- The main burner should ignite.
- Adjust the flame height by rotating the control knob between "LOW" and "HIGH" settings.
3. Turning Off the Log Set
- To turn off the main burner, turn the control knob to the "PILOT" position. The main burner will extinguish, but the pilot will remain lit.
- To turn off the entire appliance (pilot included), turn the control knob to the "OFF" position.
- For extended periods of non-use, it is recommended to close the main gas supply valve.
Maintenance

- Annual Inspection: Have the appliance inspected annually by a qualified service technician.
- Cleaning:
- Ensure the log set is completely cool before cleaning.
