3. Setup

3.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the device. Connect the USB C cable to the device's charging port and the AC adaptor plug to a power outlet. The device's LED screen will indicate charging status. For optimal battery life, it is recommended to charge the device for at least 10 hours for the first three times.

3.2 Safety Precautions

• Always wear the provided safety glasses when operating the device to protect your eyes from direct light exposure.
• Ensure the device is unplugged from charging before use.
• Do not use the device on children under 12 years of age unless directed by a doctor.
• Discontinue use if the device overheats or feels uncomfortable to your skin.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Powering On/Off

Press the ON/OFF button briefly to turn on the device. The LED screen will display the time and battery capacity. Press the ON/OFF button again for 3 seconds to turn off the device.

4.2 Setting the Timer

The device offers 1-minute and 3-minute treatment timers. Press the timer button to cycle between these options. The selected time will be displayed on the LED screen.

4.3 Application

Apply the device directly to the affected area. Gently move the device over the skin to ensure even light distribution. The device is designed to penetrate deep into tissues for effective therapy.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the device. Do not use abrasive cleaners or submerge the device in water or any other liquid. The device cannot be sterilized by any liquid or autoclave method.

5.2 Storage

Store the device in its protective case in a cool, dry place away from humidity, high temperatures, and direct sunlight. If the device is not used for a long time, charge it at least every 4 to 6 months to maintain battery life.

6. Troubleshooting

• Device not turning on: Ensure the device is fully charged and unplugged from the charger. Press the ON/OFF button for 3 seconds. If it still doesn't turn on, connect the AC adapter to charge for 2 hours more.
• Device shuts off automatically: This is a safety feature. Allow the device to cool down for several minutes, then attempt to turn it on again.
• Some lights appear not to be on: The infrared (IR) light spectrum is not visible to the human eye. Therefore, these lights will look as if they are not on, but they are operating correctly.
