Operating Instructions
Grinding Coffee Beans
- Select Grind Size: Use the adjustable grind size levels (15 levels available) to suit your coffee beans and desired extraction. Finer grinds are typically for espresso, while coarser grinds are for other brewing methods.
- Insert Portafilter: Place the portafilter securely under the grinder outlet.
- Start Grinding: The stainless steel conical burr grinder delivers an exact amount of fresh grounds directly into the portafilter.

- Tamping: Use the included steel tamper to evenly compress the coffee grounds in the portafilter. Proper tamping is crucial for optimal extraction.

Brewing Espresso
- Insert Portafilter: Securely lock the filled and tamped portafilter into the group head.
- Place Cups: Position your espresso cups on the drip tray directly beneath the portafilter spouts.
- Start Brewing: Select your desired shot size (single or double) from the control panel. The 15-bar Italian-made pump will slowly increase pressure for balanced extraction.

Using the Steam Frother
- Prepare Milk: Fill the brushed stainless frothing pitcher with cold milk.
- Position Steam Wand: Submerge the steam wand into the milk. The steam wand rotates 180 degrees for optimal control.
- Activate Steam: Turn the steam knob to activate the frother. Steam milk to your desired texture for lattes, flat whites, or cappuccinos.
