1. Important Safety Information

3. Setup and Assembly

Before first use, wash all removable parts in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Ensure the juicer is placed on a stable, flat surface.

1. Place the juicing bowl onto the motor base, aligning the red dot on the bowl with the red dot on the base. Twist clockwise until it clicks into place.
2. Insert the juice screen into the juicing bowl, followed by the auger.
3. Attach the hopper/feed chute to the top of the juicing bowl, ensuring it is securely locked. The juicer will not operate if the parts are not correctly aligned and locked.
4. Position the juice container under the juice outlet and the pulp container under the pulp outlet.

4. Operating Instructions

The Omega Cold Press 365 features a digital touchpad with two speed settings and a reverse function for optimal juicing.

• Preparation: Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly. Cut ingredients into pieces small enough to fit comfortably into the feed chute. Remove any hard pits or large seeds.
• Power On: Plug the juicer into a grounded electrical outlet. Press the power button on the digital touchpad.
• Speed Selection: Press the speed button to toggle between 'HI' (High) for harder produce like carrots and apples, and 'LO' (Low) for softer fruits and leafy greens.
• Juicing: Slowly feed ingredients into the feed chute. Use the food pusher to gently guide them down. Do not force ingredients.
• No-Drip Tap: The juice outlet features a no-drip tap. Close it to mix juices within the juicing bowl before dispensing, or to prevent drips when changing containers. Open it to release the juice into the container.
• Reverse Function: If ingredients become jammed, press the 'REV' (Reverse) button to clear the blockage. Hold for a few seconds, then release and resume normal operation.

5. Care and Maintenance

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and longevity of your juicer.

1. Disassembly: Unplug the juicer. Disassemble the parts in reverse order of assembly: remove the food pusher, hopper, juicing bowl assembly (auger, screen), and then the juicing bowl from the motor base.
2. Cleaning: Rinse all removable parts immediately after use to prevent pulp from drying. Use the provided cleaning brush to remove any stubborn pulp from the juice screen and other components. Some included accessories are top-rack dishwasher safe; however, hand washing is recommended for all parts to prolong their lifespan. The motor base should only be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
3. Drying and Storage: Allow all parts to air dry completely before reassembling or storing. Store the juicer in a clean, dry place.

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your juicer, refer to the following common solutions:

• Juicer does not turn on: Ensure all parts are correctly assembled and locked into place. The safety interlock mechanism prevents operation if components are not properly aligned. Check that the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet.
• Ingredients are not juicing or are jamming: Use the 'REV' (Reverse) function to clear any blockages. Cut ingredients into smaller pieces, especially fibrous vegetables like celery. Alternate between hard and soft ingredients.
• Excessive pulp in juice: Ensure the juice screen is clean and free of debris. The 3-stage auger is designed for efficient extraction, but very soft or overripe fruits may produce slightly more pulp.
• Juicer is leaking: Check that all seals and gaskets are properly seated and not damaged. Ensure the juicing bowl is correctly locked onto the motor base.
