Setup

1. Unpack: Carefully remove the light therapy lamp and all accessories from the packaging.
2. Position: Place the lamp on a stable, flat surface. The lamp features a built-in stand for easy positioning.
3. Connect Power: Insert the USB charging cable into the lamp's power port. Connect the other end of the USB cable to the provided power adapter, then plug the adapter into a standard electrical outlet.
4. Optimal Distance: For best results, position the lamp approximately 5 to 20 inches (12.7 to 50.8 cm) from your face. The light should be directed towards your eyes, but you do not need to stare directly into it.

Operation

1. Power On/Off: Touch the power button (⏻) to turn the lamp on or off.
2. Adjust Brightness: Use the '+' and '-' touch buttons to cycle through the 10 brightness levels. The lamp can reach up to 10,000 lux.
3. Change Color Temperature: Touch the light bulb icon button (💡) to switch between White Light, Natural Light, and Warm Light modes.
4. Set Timer: Touch the timer button (⏱) to select a session duration: 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes. The lamp will automatically turn off after the selected time. Indicator lights below the controls will show the active timer setting.
5. Memory Function: The lamp will automatically recall your last brightness, color temperature, and timer settings when powered on again.
