Setup and Installation

Physical Installation and Wiring

App Pairing and Configuration

To pair your smart switch with the Tuya Smart or Smart Life APP, follow these steps:

1. Ensure the smart switch is powered on.
2. Long press the LED indicator button on the module for approximately 5 seconds until it makes a "di di" sound, indicating it's in pairing mode.
3. Download and open the Tuya Smart or Smart Life APP on your smartphone.
4. In the app, click "Add Device" or the "+" icon.
5. Select "Socket (Wi-Fi)" or search for the device type.
6. Confirm that the indicator light on the module is blinking rapidly.
7. Enter your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network credentials. Note: The device only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. If you have a dual-band router, ensure you are connected to the 2.4GHz network or temporarily disable the 5GHz band during pairing.
8. The app will begin searching for and adding the device. Once successfully added, you can rename it and begin controlling it.

App Control
