Troubleshooting
Tablet Not Turning On
Ensure the tablet is sufficiently charged. Connect it to the charger and wait a few minutes before attempting to power it on again. If it still doesn't turn on, try holding the power button for an extended period (e.g., 10-15 seconds) for a forced restart.
Screen Unresponsive
If the touchscreen is unresponsive, perform a forced restart by holding the power button until the device reboots. If the issue persists, ensure the screen is clean and free of debris.
Wi-Fi Connectivity Issues
Try toggling Wi-Fi off and on in settings. Restart your Wi-Fi router. Ensure you are within range of the Wi-Fi signal and that the password is correct.
Apps Crashing or Freezing
Close and reopen the app. If the problem continues, clear the app's cache (Settings > Apps & notifications > [App Name] > Storage & cache > Clear cache). If necessary, uninstall and reinstall the app.
