Try resetting the plug by holding the power button for 5 seconds until the indicator blinks rapidly (EZ Mode) or slowly (AP Mode).
- App not finding device: Confirm Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone during the pairing process. Ensure the plug is powered on and its indicator light is blinking as expected for the chosen pairing mode.
- Voice control not working: Verify that your GHome Smart account is correctly linked to your Amazon Alexa or Google Home account. Check the device name in the GHome Smart app and use that exact name in your voice commands.
- Schedules not activating: Ensure the plug is connected to Wi-Fi and the schedule is correctly configured and enabled in the GHome Smart app. Check your device's time zone settings.
