Setup

1. Charging the Earbuds and Case

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. The charging case provides additional power to the earbuds, extending their playtime.

1. Place the earbuds into the charging case. Ensure they are seated correctly.
2. Connect the USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and the other end to a USB power source.
3. The indicator lights on the case will show the charging status. A full charge takes approximately 1.5 hours.

2. Pairing with a Bluetooth Device

The RANGR earbuds feature easy, straightforward pairing.

1. Open the charging case and remove both earbuds. They will automatically enter pairing mode.
2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), navigate to the Bluetooth settings.
3. Search for available devices and select "Wicked Audio RANGR" from the list.
4. Once connected, you will hear an audio confirmation, and the earbuds' indicator lights will change.

Note: The earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when removed from the case, if Bluetooth is enabled on the device.

Touch Controls

The RANGR earbuds feature intuitive touch controls for managing audio playback and calls.

• Play/Pause: Single tap on either earbud.
• Answer/Hang Up Call: Single tap on either earbud during an incoming call or active call.
• Next Track: Double tap on the right earbud.
• Previous Track: Double tap on the left earbud.
• Activate Voice Assistant: Triple tap on either earbud (functionality depends on your connected device).

Maintenance

Proper care ensures the longevity and performance of your earbuds.

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to clean the earbuds and charging case. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Ear Tips: Regularly remove and clean the silicone ear tips with a damp cloth and mild soap, then dry thoroughly before reattaching.
• Storage: When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them and keep them charged.
• Water Resistance: The earbuds are IPX4 sweatproof, meaning they are resistant to splashing water and sweat. Do not submerge them in water or expose them to heavy rain.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your RANGR earbuds, try the following solutions:

• Earbuds not pairing:
  • Ensure both earbuds are charged.
  • Turn off and on your device's Bluetooth.
  • Forget "Wicked Audio RANGR" in your device's Bluetooth settings and attempt to pair again.
• No sound from one earbud:
  • Place both earbuds back in the charging case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then remove them.
  • Ensure both earbuds are charged.
• Charging case not charging:
  • Verify the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source.
  • Try a different USB-C cable or power adapter.
• Low volume:
  • Adjust the volume on your connected device.
