2. Safety Instructions
Always follow basic safety precautions when using electrical appliances to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, injury to persons, or exposure to excessive microwave energy.
- Do not attempt to operate this oven with the door open as this can result in harmful exposure to microwave energy.
- Do not place any object between the oven front face and the door or allow soil or cleaner residue to accumulate on sealing surfaces.
- Do not operate the oven if it is damaged. It is particularly important that the oven door closes properly and that there is no damage to the: (1) door (bent), (2) hinges and latches (broken or loosened), (3) door seals and sealing surfaces.
- The oven should not be adjusted or repaired by anyone except properly qualified service personnel.
- Do not heat liquids or other foods in sealed containers since they are liable to explode.
- Only use utensils that are suitable for use in microwave ovens.
- When heating food in plastic or paper containers, keep an eye on the oven due to the possibility of ignition.
- The microwave oven is intended for heating food and beverages. Drying of clothing and heating of warming pads, slippers, sponges, damp cloth and similar may lead to risk of injury, ignition or fire.

Control Panel:

- Time (min.) Dial: Used to set the cooking or defrosting time, up to 30 minutes.
4. Setup
Before first use, ensure proper placement and ventilation for your microwave oven.
- Unpacking: Remove all packaging materials and accessories. Inspect the oven for any damage such as dents or a misaligned door. Do not operate if damaged.
- Placement: Place the microwave on a flat, stable surface that can support its weight and the heaviest food likely to be cooked in the oven. Ensure there is adequate ventilation space: at least 20 cm (8 inches) above the oven, 10 cm (4 inches) at the rear, and 5 cm (2 inches) on each side.
- Power Connection: Plug the microwave into a grounded electrical outlet. Ensure the voltage matches the specifications of your appliance (240 Volts).
- Turntable Installation: Place the turntable ring inside the oven cavity, then place the glass turntable plate securely on top of the ring.

5. Operating Instructions
The Beko MOC20100BFB microwave oven features simple manual controls for various cooking tasks.
General Cooking/Heating:
- Place the food in a microwave-safe container on the glass turntable. Close the oven door securely.
- Turn the Program (Watt) Dial to select the desired power level. The microwave offers 6 power levels, allowing you to choose the intensity suitable for your food. For full power (700W), select the highest setting.
- Turn the Time (min.) Dial to set the cooking time. The timer can be set for up to 30 minutes. The oven will start automatically once the time is set.
- The oven will stop and a signal will sound when the set time has elapsed. Carefully remove the food, as the container and food will be hot.

Auto-Defrost Function:
The auto-defrost function allows for quick and even defrosting of food items.
- Place the frozen food in a microwave-safe container on the turntable.
- Turn the Program (Watt) Dial to the defrost setting (indicated by a snowflake symbol).
- Turn the Time (min.) Dial to set the desired defrosting time. Refer to food packaging for recommended defrosting times.
- Monitor the food during defrosting, turning or separating items as needed to ensure even thawing.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and efficient operation of your microwave oven.
- Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.
- Interior Cleaning: After each use, wipe the interior with a damp cloth to remove any food splatters. For stubborn stains, place a bowl of water with lemon slices inside and microwave for 2-3 minutes. The steam will loosen the grime, making it easier to wipe clean.
- Turntable and Ring: The glass turntable and turntable ring can be removed and washed in warm, soapy water or in a dishwasher. Ensure they are completely dry before placing them back in the oven.
- Door Seals: Keep the door seals clean to ensure proper closure and prevent microwave energy leakage.
- Always unplug the microwave oven before cleaning.
