3. Setup & Installation
For optimal performance, install the solar flood light in a location that receives direct sunlight for at least 6-8 hours daily. Ensure the solar panel is unobstructed.
3.1 Mounting Location
- Choose a wall or surface where the light can illuminate the desired area.
- The suggested installation height is between 2.5 and 3.5 meters (approximately 8.2 to 11.5 feet) for effective motion detection and illumination spread.
3.2 Installation Steps
- Use the provided sticker or the back of the light as a template to mark the drilling points on the wall.
- Drill holes at the marked points.
- Insert the plastic anchors into the drilled holes.
- Align the light with the anchors and secure it using the provided screws.
- Ensure the solar panel is facing upwards to receive maximum sunlight.

4. Operating Modes & Remote Control
The JESLED Solar Flood Light offers four adjustable operating modes and three color temperature options, controllable via the included remote.
4.1 Operating Modes
- Sensor Mode (M1): Stays off when no motion is detected. Turns on to full brightness when motion is detected.
- Sensor & Dim Mode (M2): Stays on dim light when no motion is detected. Turns on to full brightness when motion is detected.
- Dim Mode (M3): Stays on dim light all night. The solar lights will automatically turn on/off with the dusk-to-dawn photocell.
- Highlight Mode (EM): Press the power button (Green) on the light for 5 seconds to turn on/off. This mode provides continuous bright light for over 6 hours.

4.2 Color Temperature Control
The remote allows you to switch between three color temperatures: Warm White (3000K), Neutral Light (4000K), and Cool White (5000K-6000K).

4.3 Remote Control Functions
The remote control provides convenient access to all light settings:
- ON/OFF: Power the light on or off.
- M1, M2, M3: Select the desired operating mode.
- EM: Activate Emergency/Highlight Mode.
- Color Temperature Buttons: Switch between Warm, Neutral, and Cool White.

5. Charging & Power
The JESLED Solar Flood Light is primarily solar-powered but also offers a USB charging option for convenience.
5.1 Solar Charging
- The integrated polysilicon solar panel (2.5W) efficiently converts sunlight into electricity.
- Ensure the solar panel is clean and free from obstructions for optimal charging.
- Charging time is approximately 4-5 hours in direct sunlight.

5.2 USB Charging
- For areas with limited sunlight or during prolonged cloudy periods, the light can be charged via its USB port.
- USB charging time is approximately 1.5 hours.

6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your solar flood light.
- Cleaning: Periodically wipe the solar panel and LED surface with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust, dirt, or debris.
- Battery: The 3.7V 2600mAh battery is replaceable. If performance significantly degrades over time, consider replacing the battery.
- Weather Resistance: The light is IP65 waterproof, designed to withstand rain and snow. However, avoid submerging the unit in water.
