2. Safety Information

5. Setup

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect for any shipping damage.
2. Assembly:
   • Attach the trolley handle to the main unit if not already assembled.
   • Place the water and chemical tanks into their designated holders on the unit.
   • Connect the steam hose to the steam outlet port on the unit, ensuring a secure connection.
3. Filling the Water Tank:
   • Unscrew the cap of the water tank.
   • Fill the water tank with clean tap water, distilled, or demineralized water. Do not overfill. The tank capacity is 1.3 gallons.
   • Securely replace the cap.
4. Filling the Chemical Tank (Optional):
   • Unscrew the cap of the chemical tank.
   • Fill the chemical tank with the recommended cleaning solution. The tank capacity is 1.3 gallons.
   • Securely replace the cap.
5. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded 115V AC outlet. Ensure the outlet can support 13 amps / 1500 watts.

1. Power On: Turn the main power switch to the "ON" position. The indicator light will illuminate.
2. Heating Up: Allow the unit to heat up until the steam-ready indicator light illuminates (typically a few minutes).
3. Attaching Accessories: Select the appropriate cleaning tool for your task and attach it to the pistol grip or wand.
4. Steam Generation: Press the steam trigger on the pistol grip to release steam.
5. Adjusting Steam Pressure: Use the pressure adjustment knob on the control panel to increase or decrease steam output.
6. Chemical Injection (Optional): If using a cleaning solution, activate the chemical injection switch on the control panel. The solution will mix with the steam.
7. Continuous Refill: The GVC-1502 features an in-operation refillable water tank. If the water level gets low, you can refill the tank without turning off the unit, ensuring continuous operation.
8. Cleaning Techniques:
   • For general cleaning, hold the nozzle close to the surface and move it slowly.
   • For stubborn dirt or grease, use a brush attachment and apply steam directly.
   • For large flat surfaces, use the floor brush attachment.
