Safety Information
- Ensure your desk surface is strong enough to support the combined weight of the mount and your monitors.
- Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 26.4 lbs (12 kg) per arm.
- Verify that your monitors are VESA compatible (75x75mm or 100x100mm) before installation.
- Tighten all screws securely, but do not overtighten to avoid damaging components.
- Keep children and pets away during installation.
- Adjust gas spring tension carefully to match monitor weight. Improper tension can cause monitors to fall or spring up unexpectedly.
- If any parts are missing or damaged, contact customer support immediately. Do not attempt to install with damaged parts.

Setup
1. Desk Compatibility Check
Ensure your desk meets the following requirements for stable installation:
- Monitor Size: 22" to 35" screens
- Monitor Weight: 4.4 - 26.4 lbs (2-12 kg) per arm
- VESA Pattern: 75x75mm or 100x100mm
- Clamp Mount Thickness: 0.4" - 3.3" (10-85mm)
- Grommet Mount Thickness: 0.4" - 3.3" (10-85mm)
- Grommet Hole Diameter: 0.39" - 2.36" (10-60mm)

2. Choose Your Mounting Option
The mount supports two installation methods: C-clamp or Grommet mount.
- C-Clamp: Ideal for desks without existing holes. Clamps directly to the edge of the desk.
- Grommet Mount: Requires an existing hole in your desk (or drilling one). Provides a more flush and permanent installation.

3. Attach Monitors to VESA Plates
Carefully attach the VESA plates to the back of your monitors using the appropriate screws and spacers from the hardware kit. Ensure the screws are tightened securely.
4. Mount Arms to Base
Slide the monitor arms onto the central pole of the chosen desk base (C-clamp or grommet). Secure them at your desired initial height using the provided locking mechanism.
5. Attach Monitors to Arms
Carefully slide the monitors (with VESA plates attached) onto the VESA head of each arm. Secure them with the locking screws.
6. Cable Management
Route your monitor cables through the integrated cable management channels on the arms. This helps maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Operating Adjustments
The MOUNT PRO Dual Monitor Desk Mount offers extensive adjustability to achieve your ideal viewing experience.
1. Height Adjustment
The gas spring arms allow for smooth vertical movement. Simply push or pull the monitor to your desired height. The maximum height from the desk surface is approximately 19.7 inches.

Image: A side view of the monitor arm illustrating its maximum height of 19.7 inches and maximum extension of 22.6 inches from the mounting point.
2. Tilt Adjustment
The monitor can be tilted from +90° to -45° to reduce glare and optimize viewing angles. Loosen the tilting bolt, adjust to your desired angle, and then retighten.
3. Swivel Adjustment
Swivel the monitor up to 180° at the VESA plate connection and 270° at the arm joints. This allows for easy screen sharing or repositioning.
4. Rotation Adjustment
Rotate your monitor 360° from landscape to portrait orientation without removing it.

5. Gas Spring Tension Adjustment
The gas spring tension must be adjusted to match the weight of your monitor. This ensures the monitor stays in place at any height.
- If the monitor raises up on its own: Turn the adjustment screw clockwise ("-" direction) to reduce tension for a lighter monitor.
- If the monitor falls down on its own: Turn the adjustment screw counter-clockwise ("+" direction) to increase tension for a heavier monitor.
Important: Keep the arm in a horizontal position during tension adjustment.

Image: A visual guide explaining how to perform tilt adjustment by loosening and retightening a bolt, and how to adjust tension for the gas spring based on whether the monitor raises or falls.
6. Multiple Screen Combinations
The dual arms allow for various screen configurations, including side-by-side, stacked, or one in portrait and one in landscape mode, to suit your workflow.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the mount with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Periodic Checks: Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they remain tight and secure. Re-tighten if necessary.
- Gas Spring: The gas spring is designed for long-term use and generally requires no maintenance. If you notice a change in performance, re-adjust the tension as described in the Operating Adjustments section.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Monitor sags or won't stay up | Gas spring tension is too low for monitor weight. | Increase gas spring tension by turning the adjustment screw counter-clockwise ("+" direction). Refer to 'Gas Spring Tension Adjustment' in the Operating section. |
| Monitor springs up too easily | Gas spring tension is too high for monitor weight. | Decrease gas spring tension by turning the adjustment screw clockwise ("-" direction). Refer to 'Gas Spring Tension Adjustment' in the Operating section. |
| Monitor wobbles or is unstable | Mounting base or VESA plate screws are loose. | Check and tighten all screws on the desk clamp/grommet base and the VESA plate connections. Ensure the desk surface is stable. |
| Difficulty tilting monitor | Tilting bolt is too tight. | Loosen the tilting bolt slightly, adjust the tilt, then re-tighten. |
