5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Cooking Process

1. Prepare Ingredients: Place all desired ingredients into the ceramic pot.
2. Secure Lid: Place the glass lid onto the ceramic pot.
3. Select Temperature: Use the control panel to select one of the three heat settings:
   • LOW: For slow cooking over extended periods (e.g., 6-8 hours).
   • HIGH: For faster cooking (e.g., 3-4 hours).
   • KEEP WARM: To maintain food temperature after cooking. This setting is not for cooking.
4. Set Timer: Use the timer buttons on the control panel to set the desired cooking duration, up to 20 hours. The display will show the remaining cooking time.

6. Monitoring: Avoid lifting the lid frequently, as this releases heat and extends cooking time.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance

6.1. Daily Cleaning

2. Ceramic Pot and Lid: The ceramic pot and glass lid are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, wash them by hand with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
