4. Setup: Loading Labels

Follow these steps to properly load the thermal label roll into your SUPVAN label maker:

  1. Open the Label Maker Cover: Gently open the cover of your SUPVAN E10/E11/E16 label maker according to its specific model instructions.
  2. Insert the Label Roll: Place the label roll into the designated compartment. Ensure the labels are facing the correct direction for printing.
  3. Feed the Label: Pull a small section of the label tape out of the label maker's output slot.
  4. Close the Cover: Close the label maker cover securely.
  5. Important Note: Do not remove the smart chip sticker located on the back of the label roll. The "Katasymbol" application uses this smart chip to automatically identify the label type and size, which is crucial for correct printing.

5. Operating Instructions (Using the Katasymbol App)

To create and print labels, use the "Katasymbol" application on your smartphone or tablet.

  1. Download the App: If you haven't already, download the "Katasymbol" app from your device's app store.
  2. Connect to Label Maker: Open the app and connect it to your SUPVAN label maker via Bluetooth. The app will automatically detect the loaded label type and size.
  3. Design Your Label:
    • Choose from over 150 pre-designed templates for various purposes.
    • Select from over 40 fonts to customize your text.
    • Add visual elements using more than 700 available icons.
    • Input text, dates, QR codes, barcodes, and other information as needed.
  4. Preview and Print: Review your label design on the app. Once satisfied, send the print command to your label maker.

6. Maintenance and Storage

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your SUPVAN thermal labels:
