1. Introduction
The wolfcraft MASTER 750 ERGO is a versatile clamping and machine table designed for ergonomic use, safety, and adaptability in various workshop tasks. It features a height-adjustable design, allowing users to set the working height between 725 mm and 950 mm across six different levels, promoting comfortable and back-friendly operation. Its robust construction and intelligent design make it suitable for both clamping workpieces and serving as a stable base for power tools.
The table incorporates a quick adjuster mechanism for efficient clamping, reducing the time required to secure workpieces. It also includes features for horizontal and vertical clamping, along with specialized jaws for round workpieces and a reversible painting tip. The adjustable tabletop can swivel up to 60 degrees, enhancing its utility as a working surface. Constructed from high-quality tubular steel, the frame offers a quick-folding system for easy transport and compact storage, while maintaining a high load capacity of up to 125 kg.
2. Safety Instructions
Always read and understand all instructions before operating the MASTER 750 ERGO. Failure to follow these instructions may result in injury or damage to the product.
- Load Capacity: Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 125 kg (275 lbs). Overloading can cause instability and damage.
- Stable Surface: Always place the table on a flat, stable, and level surface to prevent tipping.
- Secure Clamping: Ensure all workpieces are securely clamped before beginning any work. Loose workpieces can cause accidents.
- Machine Fastening: When using the table as a machine stand, ensure power tools (e.g., miter saws, drill stands) are securely fastened to the tabletop using appropriate hardware.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Always wear appropriate PPE, such as safety glasses, hearing protection, and gloves, when operating power tools or performing tasks that may generate debris.
- Folding Mechanism: Exercise caution when folding or unfolding the table to avoid pinching fingers or hands.
- Children and Bystanders: Keep children and bystanders at a safe distance from the work area.
- Maintenance: Regularly inspect the table for any signs of wear, damage, or loose components. Do not use a damaged table.
3. Setup and Assembly
The basic elements of the MASTER 750 ERGO are preassembled to facilitate quick and easy setup upon delivery. Follow these steps to prepare your table for use:
- Unfolding the Table: Carefully unfold the sturdy steel pipe base frame until it locks securely into its open position. Ensure all legs are fully extended and stable.
- Adjusting Height: The table offers six height adjustment levels between 725 mm and 950 mm. To adjust the height, locate the snap-in points on the legs. Press the release mechanisms, adjust the legs to your desired height, and ensure they securely snap into place at each level.
- Tabletop Orientation: The adjustable tabletops are made of coated MDF. Ensure they are correctly oriented for your intended use (clamping or working surface).
- Accessory Placement: Place the supplied large plastic clamping jaws and pipe clamps into their designated slots or holders as needed for your specific task.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1. Clamping Functionality
The MASTER 750 ERGO excels as a clamping table, offering various methods to secure workpieces:
- Horizontal Clamping: The table provides a horizontal clamping width of 130 mm between the tabletop boards and up to 425 mm using the supplied large plastic clamping jaws.
- Vertical Clamping: In its highest position, workpieces with a width of 110 mm or less can be easily clamped vertically.
- Quick Adjuster: For rapid clamping, unlock the quick adjuster by pulling the levers located underneath the tabletop (left and right). This allows you to quickly move the front tabletop closer to the workpiece. Once positioned, turn the cranks 2-3 times to securely clamp the workpiece. This eliminates the need for extensive cranking.
- Plastic Clamping Jaws: The large plastic clamping jaws are equipped with a reversible painting tip. One side facilitates easy painting of workpieces, while the other side features a support pin with anti-slip support for raising workpieces.
- Pipe Clamps: Two additional pipe clamps are included to reliably hold round workpieces in position.

4.2. Machine Table Functionality
The MASTER 750 ERGO can serve as a stable machine table for various power tools:
- Tool Fastening: You can securely fasten your miter saw or wolfcraft drill stands (Art. No. 5027000 and 3406000) directly onto the tabletop using the provided fastening material. The snap-in points and lockable extension ensure maximum safety when machines are in use.

4.3. Working Table Functionality
Beyond clamping and machine support, the MASTER 750 ERGO functions as an ergonomic working table:
- Adjustable Tabletops: The coated MDF tabletops have chamfered edges and offer a variable work surface size of 680 x 390-520 mm.
- Swiveling Tabletop: The tabletop can be continuously swiveled through 60 degrees, providing flexibility for various working angles and tasks.

4.4. Transport and Storage
The MASTER 750 ERGO is designed for easy portability and space-saving storage:
- Quick-Folding System: The sturdy base frame features a quick-folding system, allowing for flexible transport and compact storage.
- Anti-Slip Rubber Pads: The feet are equipped with anti-slip rubber pads, enabling the table to be safely leaned against a wall when folded.
- Easy Transport: Despite its high load capacity, the table weighs only 13.2 kg. A chamfered carrying recess and an oval, smooth aluminum bar facilitate comfortable transport.

5. Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your wolfcraft MASTER 750 ERGO, regular maintenance is recommended:
- Cleaning: After each use, wipe down the tabletop and frame with a damp cloth to remove dust, sawdust, and debris. Avoid using harsh chemicals that may damage the finish.
- Lubrication: Periodically apply a light lubricant to moving parts, such as the height adjustment mechanisms and clamping screws, to ensure smooth operation.
- Inspection: Regularly inspect all bolts, screws, and fasteners to ensure they are tight. Check for any signs of wear, cracks, or damage to the frame, tabletop, or plastic components. Replace any damaged parts immediately.
- Storage: When not in use, store the table in a clean, dry environment, ideally in its folded state to save space and protect it from elements.
6. Troubleshooting
This section addresses common issues you might encounter with your MASTER 750 ERGO table. If you experience problems not listed here, please contact wolfcraft customer support.
- Table Wobbles: Ensure the table is placed on a flat, level surface. Check that all legs are fully extended and securely locked into their height adjustment positions. Verify that all frame connections are tight.
- Difficulty Adjusting Height: Ensure the release mechanisms for height adjustment are fully engaged. Clean any debris from the adjustment holes and lubricate the sliding parts if necessary.
- Clamping Jaws Not Securing Workpiece: Check that the quick adjuster levers are fully released before attempting to clamp. Ensure the cranks are turned sufficiently to apply adequate pressure. Inspect the clamping jaws for wear or damage.
- Folding Mechanism Stiff: Lubricate the pivot points of the folding mechanism. Ensure no debris is obstructing the movement.
