6. Setup and Installation

6.1. Pre-Installation Check

• Identify the front and rear crossbars. The front bar is typically longer than the rear bar.

6.2. Assembling the Crossbars

1. Prepare the End Supports: Use the provided key to unlock and remove the outer cover of each end support.
2. Attach End Supports to Bars: Slide the end supports onto the crossbar. Ensure the pointed end of the crossbar faces the rear of the car and the rounded end faces the front. Insert the screws to secure the end supports, but do not fully tighten them yet. This allows for length adjustment.
3. Adjust Length: Adjust the length of the crossbar by sliding the end supports until they match the width of your vehicle's flush rails.
4. Insert Rubber Strips: Pull out the rubber strip from one end of the crossbar, then push it back into place. This makes it easier to insert the rubber strip into the groove.
