Operating Modes and Controls

Your Beats Fit Pro earbuds offer three distinct listening modes and intuitive controls for managing your audio and calls.

Listening Modes:

• Active Noise Cancelling (ANC): This mode blocks out external noise for an immersive listening experience. Ideal for noisy environments.
• Transparency Mode: Allows you to hear your surroundings while still enjoying your audio. Useful for awareness in urban environments or when interacting with others.
• Adaptive EQ: Automatically tunes the low and mid-range frequencies to the shape of your ear, providing consistent sound quality. This mode is active when ANC and Transparency Mode are off.

On-Ear Controls:

Each earbud features a multi-function button for easy control:

• Press once: Play/Pause audio, Answer/End call.
• Press twice: Skip forward.
• Press three times: Skip backward.
• Press and hold: Toggle between Active Noise Cancelling and Transparency Mode. This action can be customized via the Beats app.
• "Hey Siri": Activate Siri hands-free on compatible Apple devices.

Sweat and Water Resistance:

The earbuds are IPX4-rated for sweat and water resistance, making them suitable for workouts and outdoor activities. This rating means they can withstand splashing water from any direction, but are not designed for submersion.

Battery Life and Charging:

Enjoy up to 6 hours of listening time on a single charge with Active Noise Cancelling or Transparency Mode enabled. The compact charging case provides an additional 18 hours of battery life, totaling up to 24 hours of combined playback. A 5-minute Fast Fuel charge provides up to 1 hour of playback when the battery is low.

To charge the case, connect the included USB-C to USB-C cable to the charging port on the case and a compatible USB-C power adapter (sold separately).

Call Performance:

Built-in microphones ensure high-quality call performance and clear voice assistant interaction. Beamforming microphones target your voice and filter out external noise for clear communication.

Maintenance and Care

Proper care will extend the life of your Beats Fit Pro earbuds:

• Cleaning: Regularly wipe down the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use abrasive materials or chemical cleaners.
• Eartips: Remove the silicone eartips and rinse them with water. Allow them to dry completely before reattaching.
• Storage: Always store the earbuds in their charging case when not in use to protect them and keep them charged.
• Water Exposure: While sweat and water resistant, avoid submerging the earbuds or exposing them to pressurized water. Dry them thoroughly if they get wet before placing them back in the charging case.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Beats Fit Pro, try the following steps:

• No Sound/Connection Issues:
  • Ensure earbuds are charged.
  • Check Bluetooth settings on your device and ensure Beats Fit Pro is connected.
  • Try resetting the earbuds by placing them in the case, closing the lid for 10 seconds, then opening it again.
  • Forget the device in your Bluetooth settings and re-pair.
• Poor Sound Quality:
  • Ensure eartips provide a good seal. Use the Ear Tip Fit Test in the Beats app (iOS) or Android app.
  • Clean the eartips and speaker mesh to remove any debris.
• Charging Issues:
  • Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source.
  • Try a different USB-C cable or power adapter.
  • Check the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case for any obstructions.
